Jetts Mermaid Beach

Having been a part of the fitness industry for over 30 years, it’s so welcoming to attend a centre like Jetts. I was greeted by a weeks pass to get the feel, no pressure. Signed up! Super friendly atmosphere and equipment choice is great. Gym is always clean and efficient!

Found my holiday gym! I’ve been heading up to the gold coast for years, can’t believe it’s taken me this long to end up at Jetts Mermaid beach cause it’s so much better in so many ways! They make it so easy, casual pass or you can do what I did and get a holiday membership, there really was no excuse to miss any training sessions. Staff are friendly, members are courteous, plenty equipment, and the gym is clean! I usually dread holiday sessions, but the last two weeks were great. Definitely holding into this fob to have it reactivated on my next visit.

Continually, Jetts Mermaid does not disappoint. It is so wonderful to be a part of a gym where the Manager is so lovely all the time, not just when he feels like it. I respect that. His name is Josh. Another trainers name is Blake. Again, he is as special as Josh. Together these boys create a warm and fun environment to work out. They are steadfast in their convictions with health and strength training and it’s a joy to be a part of this wonderful culture that embodies this particular gym. No creepers, made friends with other normal gym users. Yeah, loving these guys. Loving this gym…..

The ambient is soooo nice! It’s not so busy so you don’t feel like in a disco hahaha I felt really comfortable here and the staff that I could talk with is really friendly.

Jets Mermaid Beach is a great gym and run well.
I find the manager Josh to be very helpful and always pleasant.
The gym is always clean and tidy and the equipment is all in good condition and great working order.
There is a large variety of equipment which easily covers all exercise requirements.
I would recommend this gym without any doubts what so ever.

Jetts is the best chains of gyms in Australia. This branch is in a great location. My only suggestion would be to pay more attention to cleaning the bathrooms. There is mould and insects in the showers. This is so obvious and has been like so for a long time, it really needs to be addressed. Spray bleach in the walls next to showers and problem will be gone in weeks.

Friendly staff giving the gym a really relaxed atmosphere. Newcomers should feel 'at home' immediately. Place is really clean and has a good number of treadmills etc. Equipment is well maintained.
Has never been at all crowded during my session times.

I just joined up with Jetts Mermaid a couple weeks ago. Love it, Josh staff member made me feel very welcomed and familiarise me with all equipment and staffed hours.
The gym is is clean and the everyone seems to be very COVID friendly - clean up/wipe down.
Definitely recommend this gym, all equipment is great!

Great Gym, has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Staff are really friendly, and so are other Jett's members. Plenty of parking as well including places to lock your bike up! I've been a member for almost 3 years now and wouldn't change a thing!

Iv just stated coming to mermaid jett n dealt with Britt ,she's a superstar at the front ,very personable n a bit of cheekiness which is always fun.... also very honest she found my credit cards oh n britt you didn't buy much on line haha

Great facility with all equipment you would need for a bodybuilding session. Well equipped with treadmills, bikes, rowers, stair/climber to get your cardio workout done too.
The recent refurbished squat racks are also great, with all you need for a squat session.

Blake Stegemann would have to be one of the best trainers I have met there over the years!
He is very dedicated and knowledgeable, always happy to help, very professional and gets along with everyone. He is a good listener and understands chronic pain and has a sense of humour. I can’t wait for my teenage son to have a few sessions with him soon.
