What a fantastic service!!! Lovely staff, competitive prices and so helpful! There's been a few too many times that I have run myself out of gas... 🫣😅 But a quick text to Christine, and I have Warwick on my doorstep with full bottles of gas again, most of the time, within the same day! Super easy to deal with! Absolute life savers! 😌 Highly recommend!!!!

Maree and I run a beef cattle stud ‘Redgums Red Angus’. We have many suppliers and really value good communication and relationships. Our Moama Supagas driver Greg looks after us by calling each month to see how we’re going with our supply of gas and always promptly delivers when it’s needed.
Another thing I’ve noticed in the last around four months is your new system where a ‘POD’ report comes as soon as a delivery is made and this is followed up by an invoice straight away. This is a good innovation and makes it easy to pay the account directly for the gas delivered. I also appreciate staff following up on queries.

After having supply issues and gas connection leaks from previous agent of some 20 years, I searched for other Suppliers and and obtained Gas bottle pricing and Annual rental fees and Supagas delivered both on a cost-effective basis. The new Bottles have been installed today and below is an email that I sent to the Sales Manager (Toni):-

Hi Toni,

Met Warwick (your Delivery / Driver) today and was very impressed with his Customer Service skills. Warwick also found some gas leaks from connections and quickly fixed the problem. Service was friendly and helpful which I did not receive from the previous agent. Warwick has taken the two old agent bottles and I will notify them that they have been picked up by Supagas.
It is a pleasure to have a Gas Supplier that cares about their customers.
