Ive worked with Talia for a while beginning with her postpartum core rehab program and more recently did her challenge. While I managed to return to my fitness program postpartum, it did take me some time and I had some stubborn kilos to lose. Talia really helped me to focus and make some small changes to the way i did things to achieve my health and fitness goals. I managed to drop a few kg on her program, finally fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes. She’s so generous with her coaching calls and responds to my messages. I also love how she doesn’t have a ‘once size fits all approach’. She understood that I had non negotiables with my training and eating and adapted my program to suit. Thx Talia!

I have really found working with Talia a great experience! She keeps you accountable, checks in regularly, is very personable and helpful and if something isn't working for you or doesn't suit she will happily make suggestions to find what does.
The app is a fantastic tool and the workouts easy to understand, short and achievable. I'd love to keep working with Talia indefinitely, the support is second to none and sometimes this is what we need to stay on track.
My mindset around food, diet, exercise has changed in a huge way, all for the better. Talia is very understanding and realistic.
If you're on the fence, I'd give Talia a go. You won't be disappointed.

I can not recommend joining Talia's program enough. I was hoping to loose the extra weight I gained after having my first baby but instead I was able to improve my mindset, nutrition and fitness. Unlike other online programs Talia makes sure that things are flexible for you. Instead of feeling like a failure when busy life got in the way Talia helped show me how to fit fitness into my new busy life. The mindset and goal setting strategies are now apart of what I do every day. Talia was easily accessible throughout the program and kept in contact to keep me accountable and supported.

If you miss feeling confident and strong give this a go!

I was really lost where to even start with exercise after having a baby. I’d had a difficult pregnancy and wasn’t able to exercise during pregnancy, so I was really starting from scratch. Talia’s ab rehab program was perfect for me. It was super gentle and Talia gave so much support and encouragement throughout. For the first time in ages I’m starting to feel like I have a core again! Highly recommend her programs.

Talia is the most knowledgeable and accommodating trainer that I have ever worked with. I have been working with Talia for 12 months and my body has never been stronger. We focused on post pregnancy but I also have an acute back injury that we had to work around. Working on the basics of core and floor and improved the symptoms of my injury significantly!
The program that talia offers is tailored to me and what is best for my body. If something didn’t work, she would be quick to adjust the workouts to suit.
The knowledge that she has given me in regards to nutrition and how my body type works will forever be a part of my daily life.
Not only have I dropped a significant amount of weight, I am stronger and have more energy than ever.

8 weeks with Talia and I feel fitter and stronger! I wanted exercise to become a habit and something I enjoy. Talia is very knowledgeable and will change up the program to suit your needs. My two year old son could come along so being Child friendly is also a big advantage. Highly recommend!!

Talia is absolutly amazing. I started with her with not much of a clue on what I wanted to achieve or how I was going to do it after having a baby. Talia helped me set realistic goals and gave me a step by step guide on how to achieve them. Everything was customized to me and my body/ ability, as well as working in with having a young family. Being able to bring your child/ren to PT sessions makes it so much easier too. I was showing awesome results within 4 weeks of my program and habits/ routines. Cannot recomend her enough.

Talia was fantastic to work with. I needed a program and support that was tailored to my specific needs for my postpartum body. I had one-on-one sessions to review my needs and progress along with constant assistance through the online portal. 4 weeks later and my body is stronger and starting to feel more like it used to. The 4 week ab rehab program is highly recommend 👌

I completed Talia's 30 day Reset Program. I am more than happy with the personalised program I was given and found Talia to be very helpful, caring and informative throughout this program.
Completing this has given me the confidence moving forward that I can consistently find 20 minutes a day to get in an at home workout, to 'fill my own cup' so that I can better help fill my families' cups and to hold myself accountable for my own health and fitness.

After my 3rd baby I could hardly walk. I struggled to get up out of the couch, let alone try to get up off the floor! Coughing and sneezing had me running to the bathroom!!
I then found Talia, who was able to create a program specifically to my needs. In only a few sessions, I was gaining my strength and mobility back and I am now able to run, jump and lift my kids without any issues. She is extremely knowledgeable in women’s fitness post partum and a genuinely lovely person who just wants to help mums get the most out of their bodies. I would highly recommend Talia, you won’t regret it!

Talia's Ab Rehab program is absolutely amazing. It helped me build up my strength and give me confidence to get back working out again. Woman's bodies go through so much making a baby and then to deliver the little miracles. Knowing exactly what exercises to do and that are safe for your body to help build those muscles up again has been so good. I am now 3months post partrum and feeling so much stronger in my core and fitter all round and that's a huge thankyou to Talia and all her support. Definitely give this program a go if you want to get stronger after having baby.

Talia has such great knowledge around health and fitness and incorporating a healthy diet to achieve your individual goals. Signing up with Echuca-Moana Women’s Fitness was the single best decision I made in 2021. Since I had kids 8 years ago I have struggled to find a regular exercise regime that fits into my new life. My old ways of approaching exercise just weren’t working and during the Melbourne lockdowns my inactivity came to an all time low. I started to worry about the long term effects on my health and mobility that not exercising would have, given I had just hit 40.

Talia totally understood everything i was saying, as well as my concerns about starting something and not finishing. Even though she ended up being a professional athlete, we share a similar corporate background so I know she gets the challenges of a stressful job in the legal profession, and how big a change having a baby is. Her tailored online programming was exactly what I needed. It met me where I was and has adapted perfectly so that my fitness has increased without any injuries or debilitating soreness.

What has been most beneficial is new, seemingly minor habits, that have set me up to stay committed to the program, and lose the limiting ‘all or nothing’ mindset. Towards the end of the year I had some social events that meant i diverted from the program but Talia followed up and I was able to get right back into the swing of things. To me that proved things had changed, my body and mind had changed.

I feel grateful for Talia because she has helped me solve an issue that I’ve struggled with on my own for 8 years. I always felt I shouldn’t need help but if I hadn’t made that call, without a shadow of a doubt I’d still be looping around the same patterns that got me nowhere. I have a long way to go but I feel stronger and my energy levels are much higher. I feel much better about myself and my future health.
