World Gym Ashmore

Okay how do I start, the first second I went into the shop I was instantly hooked by how many supplements and EQUIPMENTS they have. Is rare to see gyms selling lifting straps and lifting belts. Inside the gym it was super friendly but the music is DEFINITELY TOO LOUD for my liking but I get the motivations. Love it so far, way better than other gyms in the area and will try their shakes.

Best gym around. Workout here everyday and the environment is super comforting and uplifting. The shakes at the cafe are the best. Love the violet crumble

Yesterday Was my first day at the gym, and it was amazing , the gym was lit got everything needed from a beginner to a Competition Level Bodybuilder plus the staff is super friendly and supportive and guess what the membership fee is also so reasonable.

While visiting gold coast I had quite a few training sessions at world gym Ashmore.
They were very friendly & accomodating!
Staff went above & beyond.
A lot of good equipment & good gym atmosphere.
One off visit is $20

Great gym, I like the variety of different classes. I also like that they have multiple of the same machines/equipment as well as a crèche ! :)
