Artique

My family and I just spent a week at this lovely resort in Surfers. The air conditioned apartment was spotlessly clean and had all of the facilities provided in the kitchen etc.
The beds were very comfortable.
Josh in customer service was extremely helpful on the phone and made sure we had a room with a balcony and an ocean view.
The tram was only a 3 minute walk away for the 2 km trip to the heart of Surfers and the Beach was just a 3 minute walk from the resort.
Parking underneath the building was free.
The heated pool and spa were very relaxing, as was the sauna.
We would definitely stay in this reasonably priced resort again and I would recommend Artique to anyone if you are planning to holiday in Surfers Paradise.

We have just returned from a week at the Artique. I recommend that you pay extra for a superior room with ocean views. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Location is 4 blocks from Surfers and 1 block from the beach. Our holiday was one of the best ever and a large part was due to the superior accommodation. We were allowed to check in early as we had an early flight and were contacted by text when our room was ready. I recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Artique. From the moment we stepped into the door it was amazing. The young receptionist who checked us in on your public holiday (Monday 6th May) was outstanding at her job. She was super friendly and was passionate about her job. The apartment was very clean with high quality sheets on the beds and lovely towels. We stayed in room 2004 and it was amazing! Wonderful views....we loved our 10 day stay. The room was serviced mid stay which was also lovely.Our whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend to everyone. Could not fault Artique.🙂

Most spacious Apartment we've ever stayed in. It was so nice having a balcony all the way around the apartment. Beds were comfy. There were even board games in the cupboard!

Brilliant spacious self contained service apartments. The view from the rooms 05 on the 21st floor and up are amazing! We Recommended paying the extra premium for Ocean View and requesting the room number 05!

My partner and I stayed in the superior 2 bedroom ocean view room,room was clean,modern with spectacular views.We we're extremely happy with our room.
Location of this motel is fantastic 5 minute walk to centre of surfers paradise centre and more importantly block away from the beach.
A big thank you to Jai for being so accommodating and to Rachel as well,true assets to the motel(and the rest of the staff).I highly recommend this establishment

The initial room located to my family was not up to my expectation. Even though they were more affordable rooms the floors were quite dirty and the air-conditioner was not working for 1.5 days which was an absolute sauna. But the front desk staff Jai was very efficient when he heard our plight and he promptly worked at helping us sort out the air conditioning issue. We were moved to another very comfortable room and enjoyed the remainder of our stay. We really want to thank Jai for being so efficient and for his respectful response. Also, shout out to Rachel at front desk for her most pleasant disposition and warm nature.

Our apartment had beautiful views of the ocean. the rooms are big and well kept with decent amenities. The central aircon is a bit loud in the living room but you get used to it. Wifi is decent but can get slow at times.

Good location, spacious apartments with swimming gym and spa. Service was the only concern, dont expect any service for housekeeping or toileteries.

Definitely consider Artique for your next stay at Surfer's. It was clean , spacious and had amazing views. Its about an 8 minute walk from the main part of Surfer's Paradise. The beach itself is a 2 minute walk. I loved the location because it wasn't in the heart of all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to.

Have been here 4 days, staying 3 more. Great location, clean & tidy, great facilities & very reasonably priced. Best part for us is the service from reception. Huge 'shout out' to Jai who has been our 'go to' member of staff. His level of service is impeccable, always striving to 'go above & beyond' with attending to the needs of the guests. Highly recommend Artique; first class!

Apartment was so much better than we were expecting. Heaps of space, big outdoor deck area with table and seating as well as all the facilities needed (oven,stove top,microwave,fridge/freezer,dishwasher,dryer). Place was spotless and had a midweek clean as was staying 8 nights. One of the lifts was out of action for most of the stay. At peak times in the morning and evening you could be waiting a LONG time for a lift. Looking at ktger reviews it sounds like the lift had been having probsvfor weeks. The good news is its now fixed! Internet was 37mbit down 30 up so more than adequate. Had some problems with parking if we came back late in the evening all the spaces were gone. There is supposed to be one park per room so it appears there were folk taking up multi parks. Also appeared some knob (assume resident) in a cruddy old merc on B2 would take up half their resident spot + half an H spot to block people parking next to them. Wasn't a once off this was everyday and clearly done on purpose.

Rooms are excellent and quite large.. Plenty of room and an excellent location.The views are also amazing. Well worth spending the time in this location

Excellent location resort style accommodation. Short walk to the main area. Lovely comfortable rooms. Amazing check in with friendly staff.

Best value for money we've received on the Gold Coast. Due to the low price of 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment.. we weren't expecting anything too nice. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we stepped into the foyer and greeted by 2 lovely ladies at the front desk to the time we dropped back our keys and went home. The 2 bedroom apartment was situated on the 19th floor with great views everywhere! My 4-year-old son loved being at eye level with the crane operator working on a nearby construction site! The apartment was clean, well stocked, very spacious, with huge balconies, which I felt had the same m² area as the indoor living spaces combined. We used the gorgeous pool and spa area and were treated to the sauna and steam room also. It's a lovely sized gym, too. To top off our experience, the lovely lady at the front desk asked if we'd be interested in booking the free cinema.. we booked it for our little family of 4 and picked out a DVD to watch. Weren't we surprised when we walked into the ultimate cinema experience! There were 3 rows of reclining chairs with a huge screen and full surround sound and cinema experience.. what a treat! Thank you for our stay, and we'll be back again!!

Gorgeous place to stay. Super secure, amenities are top notch. Drink and snack machine in foyer 👌. Close to the heart of Surfers but far enough away to not hear the noise of the nightlife. Close to beach with beautiful breeze off the water

Great location, spacious clean rooms with great views. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Reception staff yesterday were exceptional, extremely friendly and made the whole experience a lot better

Stayed here for 7 nights with my partner very recently and we were very happy with the cleanliness and size of the room and the amazing views of the river and ocean. The staff down at reception were so nice every time we saw them and helpful with any questions we had. Only a short 10 minute walk to all the fun activities in sufers paradise, we will definitely stay here if we are ever back in surfers paradise.

Had 2 issues but overall great room, staff, location. Cheers
