An icon fitness centre of the GC with authentic members backed by great staff. A stand out for me is the inclusive old school boxing gym upstairs. Hard to find facilities like this these days. Get in there.

This place is just like a gym you'd see on an old 80s movie and will give you anemoia (nostalgia for a time you might not have known). My partner said it reminded her of archies gym off Riverdale. The owner is super friendly, lots of gear, really just what you need and not the sparkle and glitz.

Love this place! A proper, old school gym, rarely crowded, upstairs is all boxing, downstairs is weights & machines. Run by Danny, a true gent & some excellent, helpful staff, plenty of sessions to suit all, one on one sessions or just do your own thing, fantastic value for money!

Excellent gym with friendly staff and great classes

I moved to the Gold Coast 2 years ago and i was very hesitant about joining a boxing gym but after a couple of weeks and a few PT classes by Dan i was very glad i made the choice to join. The gym has everything thing you need for all ages and fitness levels. The team there are very helpful and there are a range of classes you can do. So if you are sitting on the fence wondering if you should join id say go ahead and do yourself a favor you wont regret it. Id suggest taking a few box fit classes they are very fun and will get you feeling fitter and healthier almost instantly.

The classes in this Gym have changed my life.
You won’t find a harder full body workout than Mikes Boxfit evening classes, his attention to every class and every student is amazing, he mixes it up and makes every class feel completely different which is great. You’ll probably feel like quitting after the first class but become addicted shortly after.
Private classes are even more focused and great for perfecting your technique and I try and make one every few weeks.

I've trained here for several years and the classes are so good! They accommodate for any level and skills. I love the trainers and the vibe at this place.
