I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jessie and Susana from the customer service team at Oz Experience Surfers Paradise. Susana being bilingual was a huge plus, as it made communication in Spanish so much easier. They provided the best attention, were incredibly helpful and friendly, and always looked for the best option for us. It was undoubtedly a very good experience, thanks to their excellent service. Thank you Jess for your assistance with our bookings. By visiting the Experience Centre we had the most up to date information on what rides were open at the theme parks. Our 2 x 13yr and 17yr olds had a magic day.

Seaworld Dinner Cruise is not to be missed to celebrate birthdays, special occasions or anytime you want to relax during your goldcoast visit. The food is nice, the live accostic music is lovely, the staff is friendly and it is worth the money. Highly recommended👍😍💗

We recently bought tickets to the Australian Outback Spectacular from Experience OZ for an excellent price! Far below anywhere else we could get it from. We got the cheapest seats and they were brilliant. We were 2 rows from the front just off centre. You can see the whole performance from any seat there as it’s not huge. The whole experience was excellent. The food was lovely and plenty of it, nice and hot too! We took our 4 kids (10-18) and they loved it as well. Highly recommend to all ages.

They have the best attraction passes ever. Great value for money.

We loved our visit to SEA LIFE at Sunshine coast. Got our Half-priced!!! tickets from Experience Oz and spend a great day with kids and friends. Such a bargain.
It was plenty to look at and we enjoyed every part of it. The Seal show is the best part of that place. Make sure to check the time of the show, so you can get in earlier to take a place. It was packed. Very enjoyable and educational. Loved the part where Seal grabbed the rubbish and put in the rubbish bin. Highlights were the also walk through the underwater tank with huge sharks and many other sea creatures swimming all around us, the magnification of seahorses, the various glass tanks giving good viewing of all sorts of interesting creatures, the information boards and touch pool for the kids.
Highly recommend that place!

Easy to book, collect tickets & use the website. We got the ferry & zoo deal, and it was good value for money. It takes you past the opera house and the harbour bridge, and many more stops. the way to go if you’re sightseeing around Sydney and want to go more than one place.

The deals prices are great here, I compared on different websites and they had the best. You also earn 3% bonus points for each purchase and can spend them on further buying. The service was also good, I bought a Restaurant voucher so I needed to call to ExperienceOZ agent to book the desired time and my booking was arranged properly.

We had a great time at Featherdale with up-close experiences with the wildlife. We went in the afternoon which was great timing as we beat the crowds. The animals must have been full from being fed by the earlier visitors though as they weren't too interested in the animal feed we bought at $2 per cup. We spent a long time lining up at the gate simply to get in. There was no express queue for pre-purchased tickets which was annoying. However, the park is a great size as you can take your time with no fear of missing out on anything. It has some lovely picnic table spots inside for eating and a great variety of animals.

I shall rate 6 stars if the system allowed me to. We used Experience Oz to get the Phillip Island Penguin Parade Plus tickets for the whole family. The Check-in process was easy and quick which saved us tremendous time as there were long queue purchasing tickets on site.
Most importantly, the plus tickets were sold out on the official website, we were so happy to be able to get the tickets at all for that particular day.

Legit site. Prices are competitive. Staff are helpful, efficient and respond fast to queries. Also, I accidentally double booked a tour. I emailed them and in 3 days, I got my refund back. The tour I booked was wonderful. I had no problems getting the voucher from the tour agent.

Best thrilling experience ever. Thanks to experience OZ for making our trip cost effective and hectic. My whole family has enjoyed the trip and amazing fun activities we have enjoyed. Especially Paradise country Sea world are marvelous. I highly recommend everyone who visit Brisbane or Gold Coast should try the 4 theme Parks Sea World, Movie World, Wet N Wild and Paradise Country it is such an experience which is unforgettable and all the shows are unique and especially the Dolphin Show will leave a Thrilling and amazing foot mark in your heart forever. I highly recommend Experience Oz as well for giving the best price and service.

We absolutely loved the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary!
The sanctuary was very open and welcoming, not too far from the city, it felt as though we were very much nestled away from the centre. We were able to hold the koalas and feed the kangaroos at our own pace without too many people around. It was so much fun feeding them and taking selfies with the animals. The koalas and kangaroos definitely didn't seem to mind!

I highly recommend this place and would go back again.
