Very friendly staff and helpful when trying to decide for quick fridge or appliance etc.
Bring some dimensions of your space prior and the workers will help you get the right appliance for the space.
They also offer delivery and take your old appliances away also taking rubbish from new appliance on delivery.
Have been here many times for my household and will be back. Bravo. 👏

We just had the best experience buying a mobile phone and Telstra plan from Eric at Good Guys Cairns. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for better service. Would give more than five stars if we could! 😄

Her respectful and helpful nature truly made our experience memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend her as one of the best staff members I have ever encountered at Good Guys.

As per usual The Good guys didn't disappoint. This time we were looking for a new oven. After much online research and scouting around Cairns we ended up back at our favourite appliance store, The Good Guys. They have the most competitive prices and faultless service. We were well looked after by Brenton who went above and beyond to be of assistance. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If you are looking for a new kitchen appliance ask for the very helpful and knowledgeable Brenton. You won't be disappointed. Thankyou Brenton for putting up with our endless questions. 7 months later we are back at our favourite Cairns store, The Good Guys. Went in to purchase a dishwasher and was attended to by the very helpful Karla. We ended up also buying a Samsung 4k UHD Smart Qled 82inch (woohoo) , thanks to the extremely knowledgeable and persuasive Harley. Thankyou Harley for your excellent advice and amazing assistance with our TV purchase. The Good Guys should be very proud of their friendly, informative and helpful staff. Have no doubt we will be back. Sorry, this review may grow 😊

We highly recommend Good Guys for buying any kind of appliances. They've always been good towards us for four years now and we keep going back.
4 years ago we brought our Samsung family hub fridge and a 16kg/2.5kg Samsung washer. Great service! No issues, friendly staff.
Recently, we've been back, we brought Eufy security cameras, Ecovacs T9+ robot vacuum and Electrolux 9kg heat pump dryer - again their service was outstanding. Very helpful with any questions I had regarding the appliances we were purchasing.

Was having trouble making a purchase on the Good Guys web site, and being unable to personally go into the store I thought I would call
Found their local number easily it was answered quickly, and the staff member was friendly and informative
He put together a link that I was able to buy my product through and texted it to me, stayed on the phone while I purchase the product, to make sure everything went well, gave a good discount without me even asking too.
He rang me back before the store closed that night to say the product was ready to go, and delivery had already been arranged for the very next morning.

Great customer service. Got a good advice to choose a printer for home office. Customer service representative was really helpful.

Great staff. Clean. Good deals. Bought our great fridge. Choose the good guys as cairns doesn’t have a adequate marketplace or gumtree. People think what they paid minus $50 two years ago is a great deal for a fridge. Paid a lot less then a lot of listed secondhand fridges! Thanks Good guys!

We were seen by Karla C, who was able to help us with our problem with replacing our microwave oven. It had to fit in to the space that the old one was in the cupboard and match our existing ovens. The icing on the cake was that she had it in stock and we were able to take home. We fitted it in place and it was a perfect fit. Thank you Karla and the Good Guys. Interaction with girls on the front desk, Percy over the phone and mo in dispatch, great bunch of young people, polite courteous, well, mannered, helpful, pleasant I can’t believe it, so they restored my faith in the young people of today. Well done guys. Congratulations. Excellent service all-round.

Ross at the Cairns store was fantastic today.
He helped me purchase a touchscreen laptop. He was very patient with a dinosaur like me, was extremely polite and a great communicator.

I cant speak highly enough of the Good Guys Cairns customer service. I puechased a Fisher and Paykel fridge, and due to the manufacturer not being able to deliver on time, Good Guys were very helpful in sorting out the problem. Jack and Eddie especially, they went to extraordinary lengths to get me a new fridge. I ended up with a more expensive fridge, but Good Guys charged the original price and threw in extended warranty at no cost.
They are a superb example of what customer service is all about.

I purchased a sound bar and speakers from this store and when there was a fault they couldn’t do enough to help me.
The sale staff really knew the products and understood my needs and the follow-up when I had to do an exchange by all staff involved was first class.
Can’t fault them so I reckon they should change their name to the great guys.

I've bought a number of items from here over the years and have never really had a bad experience. If I'm shopping for electronics, this is definitely one of the places I check out. Service has always been good as well

Great experience from the sales team and customer service team. Helen, or should I call her, Helpful Helen, was contactable, friendly and understanding.

Through no one’s fault, we had to cancel our order, even after Helen had gone to the extra effort of making sure our item would be freighted the following day. When we explained the scenario with our previous product’s extended warranty payout terms, she did not hesitate on rectifying the situation. Appreciate your help!
