I bought yesterday almost faulty( powders around neck, stained with liquid)I could not realize that because it was so bright shop). Today, I would like to change to new one. She just tried to remove that stain. What a.funny. And I would like to refund, she refused. And she said tell manager in Melbourn Is that comedy or something? she never Say sorry at least. She probably sell that shirts after clean with same price😩 I never go back this shop again. Yeah she might do not.care🤷‍♀ what a great service! Wow. Also she need to read ‘Consumer Protection Law’

The worst experience ever. Few days back I have bought 4 dresses , havn't tried them on as was with a bub.When reached home the one was ripped from the button, so came to show it and got a instore refund.
2nd dress I tried few days later & only with 1 wear it started ripping from the zipper. So I told the lady in the store next when I went to buy the instore credit, I told about this thing.
She was so rude that she ignored the conversation & when I asked again she asked fora receipt, I told her you kept that to yourself when u gave the instore credit. But after that she apparently denied ohh you can come and show us but we don't think we can do anything about it. We never had such issues before. Really. . ??.
