Very good service and reasonable price. I've booked a service with JR auto service and found out the previous certified European car specialist from another state chip the engine oil housing causing my vehicle to leak oil everywhere. Marian and her team gave me a matter of fact approach and was able to fix the car to enable us to drive safely back to Sunshine Coast.

Thank you very much for looking after our BMW to ensure that we will still be able to drive safely in the road and reach home. Will definitely go back, even to drive more than 2 hours to service my vehicle. Highly recommended!!! AAAA+++

When my partner and I first moved to the Gold Coast 3 years ago, there was a lot to organise. We were anxious about finding a good mechanic to service our cars. We got so lucky to find JR Auto! George and Mariane are such a friendly, hard working, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable young couple!
They have always serviced our cars with professionalism and attention to detail. They will always call to confirm with you before undertaking any additional work on your vehicle and their prices are extremely and consistently reasonable.
On top of all of this they are such kind people, they have gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. An example that comes to mind was when my partner needed to buy a new (second hand) car, Mariane offered so much of her time giving us valuable advice throughout the entire process and insuring that my partner did not regret her purchase. Which she absolutely has not.
To conclude, I CANNOT recommend these guys highly enough. I don’t often write reviews but I make an exception when I’m blown away. We look forward to continuing to use this company as long as we can.

I was enjoying my holidays in Gold Coast and my car started to give trouble. Went to few mechanics and no one was able to diagnose and help. George helped me and diagnose the right issue and fixed straight away. Can't thank him and Marianne for their service and helped. Highly recommend 👌.

They have work ethic and it's mandatory for mechanic services. I would recommend 100%. The charges are fair enough and high quality on the job done. I do not want my car with issues again, but once I have any, I will definitely take to them.
