Queensland Interstate Horse Transport

Driver kept me up to date the whole way. I had an unhandled 2yo (and 16hh) filly transported from Victoria to middle of Qld. She arrived in perfect condition be not stressed at all. The driver, Dan, was incredibly patient when she refused, for 40 minutes, to get off the truck when she arrived home.

Definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Would not recommended this “company” to transport a pet rock, much less a living animal!!

Deceitful, condescending, rude, uncooperative, unreliable, horrific communication... shall I go on??

You’d be better off having the abattoir truck collect your horse, at least you’d know where they’ve taken it!

Please do yourself a favour and find a decent truck company to transport your beloved horses, unless you enjoy waiting for weeks for a reply to your messages (count yourself special if he does reply), waiting even longer for the horse to be collected, calling and being sworn at, being told you have no right to enquire about the location of the horse, hearing BS excuses about broken trucks, waiting for almost a week since collection of the horse for it to be delivered (still waiting for the delivery!!), being treated like a nuisance rather than a customer and spending multiple sleepless nights wondering where (apparently in the wrong state) your heavily pregnant mare has gone.

I contacted this transport company and left 2 messages and also a text, they did not bother to get back to me
