Been a long time customer and today was a fine example of why I keep returning..
Cindy?(I think her name was? Sorry) really went out of her way to help me sorting an online ordering error by me(incorrect size) and get me back to work in quick time. Maintained her cheerful demeanour and can do attitude throughout.!

We have used RSEA Saftey in Toowoomba for a few years now, and have always had great service, with a laugh which I feel is awesome. Not very often have we had the problem of not getting what we need for our business there. The shelves are always stocked with what you need.
I had a problem this morning which I phoned in about. The service I got was incredible and my problem was solved. Thank you so much. We will continue to shop at Toowoomba RSEA because of these amazing people that work there.

Good variety of clothes and boots. Not much for ladies however the staff are very helpful and will either order it in for you or you can order it online and collect from the store.
