Great gym. Not too busy but excellent facilities. I go there for my Veterans program but still a member of Snap Fitness at Miami. If Inside Out had Pilates, they would be competitive!

Snap have great facilities and the best gym based mat Pilates on the Gold Coast.

At last, the only gym I felt at home with. I was quite nervous the first time I've visited but Tim made me feel really welcome and instantly felt like you're already part of the gym family. This guy is amazing. I think he knew everyone by name and it's very rare for gym managers to really get to know everyone in the gym even if you're the most shy personality. All the other staff are super friendly too. I've gained friends and have I mentioned I love doing Zumba here, they have the most beautiful instructor. She looks like J Lo.😊

Always good popping down here. Staff are friendly. The place is always clean! Just need to hit it up more often!

Just updating my review, I’ve been a member for about 6 months, I just want to say this gym is absolutely great! It’s been fantastic for my general health, and it’s also helping me train for a 500 mile bike ride in June. The facilities are modern, clean, there’s plenty of machines and equipment to suit every sort of workout. Tim is a great bloke and the free classes are perfect for when you need motivation to get moving (Rachel does an awesome spin class, Kellie’s bodypump is good and Toni and Allison do various other functional training classes)
It’s a gym that I actually enjoy going to rather than it being a chore that I have to force myself to do. Keep up the great work guys!

Great location at Parkwood Village. Huge range of equipment in well lit, well ventilated area and great views. With that added encouragement I’ve achieved my freedive goal quickly. 25.4m straight down into the ocean.

Honestly the BEST gym I’ve been to, hands down! If it was possible, I would give the Inside Out gym 6 stars!
The staff and personal trainers are the greatest group of people you will ever meet and are very personable!
The facilities are awesome, and have a wide range of different equipment and classes.
It caters for all ages, genders, shapes, sizes, and it doesn’t matter whether you are a novice, beginner, or expert, they will look after you!

I joined Insideout gym a few months ago as I wanted to follow my personal trainer Mitch. Best decision I have made, not only can I continue my PT but the friendliness of the staff and the warm welcome you always receive makes you feel like you are part of a family. Excellent equipment and facilities. I would Strongly recommended this gym and so pleased I switched. Judy

Alex was the best trainer I've ever had. Highly motivational, helped me know what I was doing at all times, positive atmosphere.
Club was also easily accessible from Runaway Bay (12 min easy drive)

Best gym I have been to on the GC without a doubt. The equipment is top notch and all brand new and it has a great selection of classes. The staff and trainers are very friendly and dedicated. I can't recommend this place enough!

Took me a long time to choose a gym I felt comfortable with and finally found one that feels like home. Tim and the team are warm and friendly, always helpful, offer advice when needed and make you feel like a member of the family every time you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoying learning to live exercise again and am so happy with my decision to become part of the Inside Out Health Club family.

Great environment, gym equipment it's new and has a big variety of free weights and machines, staff is very friendly and Tim is doing a great job making every single member feel warm and welcome every time you walk throught the door. Well done guys.

In a league of it's own!!
Despite the large amount of gyms on the GC, Inside Out Health Club really stands out. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable, the equipment is easy to use, and their classes cater for all types of people and time restrictions. Do yourself a favour and check it out!!

Paige and jazmin are great and their classes and private appointments are excellent. Been a great experience since I joined in April.

Sensational atmosphere, great hands on staff with new and clean equipment to match! Highly recommend to anyone on any gym level!
