The tax agent was nice enough to squeeze me in, even though I was late. I did get charged more than normal, but that's okay because I can claim it back next year. The return wasn't as much as it normally is, but I was a little underprepared this year. I might book another appointment to see if anything needs amending. Easy parking, clean office, and generally a good experience.

I wouldn't use them again. People are nice enough, but there business model is out dated. It should not require the agent you are dealing with having to go off to head office to get approval for everything.

I lodged a complaint about their service with their call centre and was told that the District Manager would call me back in 2 business days. That was on 8 September. I am still waiting.

They charge double half the job go else where H&R don't deserve your money.
