Seriously great community here. Fun, positive and motivating people. Classes are not huge, I love that. Coach Paco is an excellent coach. He shows all round care no matter what your goals, for every single person that comes through his doors.

I have been a member of this gym for about 4 months now, and would highly recommend it. The gym staff are knowledgeable and motivating, and even more importantly (for me), fun! The place really does feel like a little family, with support in place for all levels of athlete - doesn’t matter in this place if you’re brand new or a seasoned athlete - nobody is forgotten.

Loco is such a fun and friendly gym to be apart of everyone is super nice and friendly and it’s really enjoyable to be a part of and a really enjoyable gym to train in! Training here over the last few months has helped me so much! Wouldn’t want to train anywhere else! Paco is a not just an unbelievable coach but an unbelievable person! The place to be on the GC! I highly recommend the Loco HQ crossfit gym, which for me is the best on the Gold Coast ! More than just a club, it's a real family that welcomes you and makes you feel good! The equipment is top quality and the coaches are always there to guide you and explain the moves and the work of the day. A special mention goes to Paco's 3 daughters, who are already real champions in their teens and make you want to surpass yourself 💪. It's the ideal place to let off steam after work, challenge yourself, get back into sport or simply have a great time with friends. Exceeding your limits and good spirits guaranteed!

I absolutely love training at Loco. The coaches live and breath what they teach and are super passionate about what they do.
There is a wide range of fitness levels, skills and capabilities. No one is left behind. I love that it isn’t your typical gym filled with 20 year olds in full make up spending more time on Insta than lifting weights!
If you want to hit PB’s or just train with a fun bunch of people Loco is the place for you! Loco for life!

Such a fun and supportive place to workout! I’ve been training with Paco and the crew at Loco for the last 5 months and absolutely love it.

Workouts are a challenge, the coaches keep you motivated and give knowledgeable advice and instructions. Sessions cater for all fitness types with modifications for whatever your ability (or if you just want to have a lazy day, that’s ok!).

The gym is more than just a place to workout, it’s a community you want to be a part of.

I joined loco in July 2017. It was the premiere of Ninja Warrior show in Australia. I’ve always been fascinated with how these people do it. I’ve researched around GC and trialled few CrossFit gyms that offer functional training but nothing that has OCR training and then I saw LOCO HQ on tv. I trialled, and I joined the challenge. I got hooked! 💪🏼

It’s been 5 years and I’m still here, so many changes happened, changes for the better and now I am one of the coaches 😊. How about that? That’s how much I love this gym and most of all I love the people.💕

When I joined LocoHq I was still kind of new in GC, and it was difficult to fit in, difficult to find friends, difficult to find gyms. But in LOCO I did not only find a gym that I LOVE , I found FAMILY. 💕

Loco HQ is the place to be on the GC. I am GC born and bred and have been to a lot of gyms here but nothing that truly felt like home and pushed me to my limits. It embraces a family-oriented atmosphere and offers exceptional workout programs. The head coach is an absolute force of nature, bringing an infectious energy and passion to every session. Paco's crazy yet effective coaching style motivates and pushes me to new limits, leaving me feeling accomplished and excited to return for more. The same can be said about Annette and Mish who support and motivate you, ensuring correct form and technique.

Loco's commitment to family fitness is truly commendable. They offer a variety of group classes that cater to all age groups, making it a breeze for families and individuals to work out together and have fun in the process. The amenities and facilities are top notch offering a comfortable place to workout and socialise. I've been at Loco HQ for 6 years and I am challenged with new workouts each week.

From the moment I walked into the facility, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable and passionate about CrossFit and fitness.

The coaches are attentive and provide clear instructions and guidance throughout the entire class. The workout itself was challenging and intense, but also fun and engaging. The music and energy in the room are contagious, is easy to stay motivated and push myself to my limits.

Overall, I highly recommend LOCO to anyone looking for a high-quality CrossFit experience. The staff, facility, and community are all top-notch, and I left feeling energised, and inspired. If you’re looking for a great workout and welcoming community, look no further than LOCO HQ.

An amazing environment for sure one of most incredible gyms I’ve ever been too. A place for all levels and goals. I am still learning and I can't wait to improve my results more and more. Joined only 2 months ago and loving it. It’s hard but everyone and the Loco HQ coaches are so supportive and fun. The best gym on the Gold Coast by far and such friendly bunch to sweat with. Going 5 days a week even for challenge days 🤪.

Been with Loco HQ for almost a year now and have loved every minute of being at the gym. Extreamly driven coaches that will help you to achieve any goals you never thought you could of achieved, push you to your absolute limits and give you guidance on how to correctly lift weights without injury. the community is so amazing and they really make you feel at home. I have been at this gym since they opened. The gym isn’t just a Gym, it does become your second family and they are always supportive of your journey. I have trained my post baby journey (x2) with some competition training in between when lift permitted, and also some training whilst I was managing injuries and I was always able to train & have a tailored session, and great workout which is the important….

And I always leave smiling. Which is even more important to me.

The best gym on the coast! I was new to CrossFit before to train at LocoHQ, since I never felt so strong and fit. But LocoHQ is more than a gym, it’s a community. People are friendly and welcoming. The owners and coaches are amazing, they are knowledgeable and always helpful to make me improve. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

We have all been to that gym filled with mirrors, ego and people standing around staring at mobile devices. If that's your jam, fine. Loco HQ does things with YOU in mind first. Owner Paco describes it as 'La Familia' and all but wrapping his arms around you he is definitely a man of his word. Train different, be respected and heard, and stay because they care. Paco is a superb trainer and the facility he has created is first class. I’ve known Paco for 7 years and seen him at least once a week over that period. No session is the same and no matter how I’m feeling or body niggles I have, he is able to create a session that challenges you every time. Looking forward to sessions for the next 7 years.
