Dulux Trade Centre Morayfield

I rang the store this morning as I had purchased a Dulux paint from my local mitre 10 which was mixed incorrectly however to have it altered they said I had to purchase another 10 litres at $262.50. When calling the Dulux paints store I spoke to Matty who gave me so much advice and was so helpful. I arrived at the store and Matty introduced me to Dan who explained to me how the paint had been mixed incorrectly and had way to much tint in it. The amount of tint was way past Dulux recommendations. Having 2 stickers for the paint mix on the tin Dan started the process of trying to mix the colour I had already used (10 litres) so I was hoping to have the same colour to proceed and finish the house. After mixing a couple of sample pots Dan managed to mix the exact colour for me. Dan and Matty could not have been more helpful, friendly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I would like to thank them both for their knowledge, help and understanding my situation. Would highly recommend the store and thanks so much for saving my painting issue 👏👏👏
