Dr. Brad was the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was gentle, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about mouth and overall health. Brad took the time to explain what was happening and told me what to do to fix my own teeth.

He was funny too and had great taste in tunes.

My partner saw him that same day and had just as great an experience.

Receptionist (sorry Bella I can’t remember your name) was very helpful, genuinely went to some trouble to make things easier for us.

It was my first time in this clinic and I was very happy the way they treated me. Thank you to both Lisa and Jacque who went above and beyond their job making sure that I was fully informed of what suitable treatment I needed. They even done the referrals for a specialist for me and booked an appointment. They are both very kind, compassionate, caring, supportive and very professional in the way they conduct themselves. I even have a follow up phone call from Lisa to make sure I am OK. It was an emotional and challenging experience a dentist appointment for me in the past but with them they make it easier creating a calm & supportive environment. I informed my family to book their next dental appointment with them as I know they will be treated well. Thank you once again.

As a new patient who is quite anxious about going to any dentist, I was blown away by Dr Holly’s skill, manner and warm personality. She put me at ease and has a wonderful bedside manner. My husband and I can’t wait to see her again lol. Highly recommend.

Dr Brad was so wonderful with all 3 of our young crazy special needs boys yesterday but particularly with our level 3 autistic son with extreme sensory processing issues which is just so rare in this world let alone at a private dentist surgery that I felt compelled to leave a review which I never do.

He spent considerable time and patience over and above gaining our significantly autistic sons trust, making him feel comfortable with the environment as well as thoroughly explaining in few words what instruments are used for what purpose and gently exploring them with our son to get him familiar and not afraid. He even instinctually knew to use deep pressure to calm our boy and deflect lights adjust seating position and everything 😳 We didn’t have to say a thing he just knew!

His compassion, knowledge and experience from the get go had my partner and I gob smacked. It was so nice to go somewhere and feel understood and comfortable without explaining our extensive family medical history from start to finish he just knew his stuff without us having to go into detail.

Our son is almost 11 and for the first time ever yesterday had a dentist touch his teeth. Needless to say we are still smiling and looking forward to his next appointment already instead of being sick with nerves just thinking about it.

Hats off to Dr Brad and his team absolute bunch of legends from start to finish 🙌

My clean with Brad today was by far the most helpful appointment I've ever had for my teeth! Very very knowledgeable. Although I only came in for a general clean, all steps of the process were given incredibly thorough explanations (for the first time ever). You can tell he genuinely cares about enabling the patient to sustain first class oral health themselves rather than just providing us with a 'quick fix'. Highly recommend.

Very very happy with the clinic. I always hated dentist trips.. the hygienist is amazing at her job! And Dr dawn is simply outstanding! So friendly and warm.. Very caring Dr, gentle in her techniques, quick! And does a fantastic job! I highly recommend her and the clinic. My husband also attends this clinic, even my 3yr old son let her clean his teeth which is unheard of. Great dentistry.

Dr Hannah Lock is hands down the best dentist I've ever encountered. I absolutely loathe the dentist but she is 100% empathetic and actually managed to make the experience nice, which is saying something. She's wonderful, and so are the rest of the staff. If you have to go to the dentist, see her!

Some of the nicest bunch of people work here. Like everybody on the planet I'm not a big fan of dentists but everyone here is changing my mind.
Staff were pleasant, helpful, attentive and compassionate and it was no hassle to have an emergency tooth extraction straight away.
Prices are just above average but it's worth it.
The surgery is clean, tidy and comfortable.
I'll be coming back.

I won't see anyone else but Dr Hannah Lock. She is always friendly, caring and always thorough, I feel I'm definately in good hands. I'm planning to have whitening and Invisalign with her which is surprisingly affordable. She also found time to fit in my Dad for a emergency appointment when he broke his front tooth. I couldn't rate them higher, if you want a reliable and experienced dentist go see Dr Hannah!!

After deciding I needed a second opinion for my dental work, we walked into Maven Dental at Southport, and from the very first meeting with reception staff, to walking out at the end of my appointment, I experienced the very best of customer service, and the very best of care, helpful and professional service. I will go ahead with the work in near future, it was overwhelming to receive the news of what need to be done, the time to complete a review by dentist Arthur, not only explaining things to me, but also to my husband.
My visit was a far cry from my first attempt to get an opinion at an other Prostodontist in Southport, where I did receive a very caring helpful assistance from the Prostodontists reception or assistant, but the Prostodontist was a huge disappointment by talking at me, while walking from room to room, not to me , I was even reduced to tears, but lucky he did not see me, as he was not around for more than few seconds. Although , he at some stage brought it up I can go and get a second opinion if I wish, when I sent the message back that I will seek a second opinion, and could they send me a quote, I never heard back. I look forward of returning to Maven Dental at Southport, where it is obviously not only the good work that has been carried out that counts, but the first impression from the caring and professional staff !!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this clinic and the ppl (management as well as staff) that work here. They are amazing!!! Empathy, sensitivity, knowledge, professionalism, service minded and a "patients safety & satisfaction first" kind of attitude. Maven dental is of great assistance. There are so many dentists around our area but we chose Maven because of their friendly and professional service.
