This is a unique little bakery. It has awesome traditional sour dough bread. They have an interesting unique pie and pastie and sausage rolls on offer. Always something delicious and different to try. Really lovely people that work here. Parking just all around in the street. Funky little lawn chairs to sit in if you wish.

We bought Almond croissants, ham and cheese croissants and Anchovy Focaccia. They were all so so delicious. This bakery is not far from Hume Highway. If you have spare time on your trip, maybe it's worth a quick stopover for delicious bakery items.

In love with the beetroot beef sausage roll and sweet potato, ricotta, spinach pasties, only $5 each. Never fell in love with sausage rolls expect for this one. Wish we have something like this in Melbourne.

Delicious! We bought ourselves the Almond croissant, Pork and Apple roll, and cheese roll. Our favourite was the pork apple roll. All at an affordable price too! Recommend 👍

Authentic Swedish rye bread, amazing 3 type sourdough (wheat, wholemeal and rye) and the BEST croissants you will ever have. Must go - you won't be disappointed!!!

Ordered the pork and fennel roll (hot) and croissant. Both delicious. Croissant possibly the best I've ever had! Friendly service too 👍

Finally! A decent sourdough. Pork and apple sausage rolls very nice.
Staff super polite and considerate.
Just watch the step on the way out, very short, nearly rolled an ankle. Could benefit from some tiger tape, or replacing with longer step.

This is one of the “must go” lovely cafe in the area. The ham and cheese toastie is one of the best, with an extra fried egg, make it an extra point of a 10 out 10 👉 11 out of 10. 😆😁

So sad to see this institution shut down - one of a kind bakery with amazing tasty treats that will be missed sorely in Albury. Replaced by another bakery that has taken over the premises.

I bought some pastries and rye bread for my Danish fiancé and he absolutely loved them. He said they were very reminiscent of traditional breads in Denmark and now we stop by for fresh goodies frequently! Highly recommend - their pork + apple sausage rolls and almond croissants are my personal faves.

Stopped here for the second time passing through Albury. There bread and cakes are top notch. So delicious and made with love. Really love there products. Stop by! Today I had a mini carrot cake, and a ski cake. Both awesome.

Took the advice of previous customers and went straight for the almond croissants. 10/10. Worth seeking out when in Albury. There is a coffee shop next door but only suitable when it is not raining. We grabbed our baked treasures and got some coffee in a keep cup from another venue. Sadly not open on Monday as we did our return journey.

This place is a favourite of our family! The croissants are absolutely divine- so buttery and flaky… their almond croissants are somehow even better. My daughter loves the cinnamon scrolls. My only disappointment is that they often sell out before I get there.

In response to the reviewer who was disappointed that they didn’t sell pies and vanilla slice. No, they don’t sell truck stop fare.

Fantastic little bakery with clear North European influence. Some really unique pies and sausage rolls on offer, I found a pork and apple roll with a beautifully bold flavour and mustard seeds through it!

The Bretzel are also something I will happing come back for as I pass through town!

So happy to find a Nordic bakery in Albury! The pumpkin bread lasted us for days and was a huge hit! The sweet treats were spot on! Sweet, and a real treat. A new go to stop on the way to Melbourne

Specialist bespoke bakery. Very good product. Note: not open every day. Has GOOD gluten free bread!

Great bakery (been there before) but temporarily closed until March 2024 sometime, as staff are on holidays.

Always amazing treats for breakfast, lunch and snacks. I love the Swedish Cinnamon Scrolls... just like my grandmother's Finnish Pulla rolls. 💖
