Momentum Orthopaedics - Dr. Jeremy Kolt

I have nothing but praise for this wonderful Doctor. July 2022 was referred to him as urgently required a right hip replacement. After consulting he sent me to Albury Base hospital to book in.
Within about a couple of weeks I received a call to get ready for surgery with blood tests etc, it when the anesthetist called me and I advised I had stents in my heart, he wanted me to get clearance from cardiologist first. This took three months to get an appointment followed by a trip to Melbourne on the 2 February 2023 to get another stent. All good but at this stage was unable to walk due to hip, and was on very strong medication, endone and morphine patches to help me cope. I had to wait 6 months after heart operation on thinners before I could have hip operation, and on the 2 August got clearance to have hip done. The very next day I got called from Albury base hospital to say that I was to have my operation on the 18 August. During all this time, Doctor Kolt kept in touch with the cardiologist, and phoned me personally to help me cope with the situation and fully explained the hold up. I am now running around having my life back after 4 years of pain which meant having to give up our lifestyle as Grey Nomads travelling Australia.
I cannot thank Doctor Colt enough for his care and concern during this time, and the girls at the admissions department keeping me on top of the list until I got my clearance.
Please do not hesitate to get this wonderful Doctor to help you . He has given me my life back.

I was operated on 8.00am 20th November home 11.00am 22nd November. Thats 2 days. Full hip replacement.
