My daughter loves her riding lessons with Stephanie and Tatiana. They are both great teachers, not only encompassing riding lessons, but all aspects of horse care and handling. They actually teach, not just point out all your flaws! I mean, who wants to be criticised all the time, right?

The horses are all well cared for, treated with kindness, compassion and integrity. The two she has lessons on are well trained and quiet, and I feel like my daughter is in safe hands because they know which horses she needs to learn on throughout each stage of her riding journey.

Not many places have such a wide variety of school horses to ride. We are incredibly lucky to have access to Kenzie Park and their beautiful horses. Thank you so much Stephanie for everything you do.

Friendly, well run stables - the staff at Kenzie Park have a wealth of knowledge. I’ve taken lessons at KP for almost 4 years, first on their wonderful school horses and later on my own horse. Easy to book lessons online & school horses to suit all rider abilities and disciplines - highly recommend.

Staff were super friendly BUT…. It was a shame when I visited. I am a short person 160cm with short legs struggling to get on the tall horse so my height was not considered and only after so many attempts using the two step mounting block, a three step block was bought out and even only then I had a few gos before before told we had to give up and go do a theory lesson and even then the horse kept moving and was impatient making it more intimidating to try and mount. Every time I have gone riding, they always ask for height so a good horse can be matched. And have never had an issue mounting at other places and schools before yesterday and was told comments like “the height of a horse doesn’t make a difference” which it can if you’re a shorter person and that’s why other schools always ask. Not to mention no signature document or form acknowledging the risks involved. It was a real pity because I was looking forward to this experience because horse riding is like therapy for me, only to have been heartbroken and felt a part of shame that I shouldn’t have felt through comments like “if you can’t get on there’s not much that we can do” (which is truth, but not considerate of people’s feelings or very encouraging). This experience had really turned me off from going riding again which is a shame. Not to mention the $100 for a service I didn’t really receive (I wouldn’t have cared for 10 mins riding because I also got to know more about the horse and caring for the horse, but nothing)…. I am on the spectrum and this was far from the “therapy” that I was needing.

Just too hard to organise a ride that wasn't then rebooked at times that didn't suit my daughter to ride. Really disappointing experience and in the end a waste of time.
