I highly recommend MotorOne Frankston. The work carried out on my car was at very high standards and looks fantastic.
Communication through out the whole process was excellent, Massive shout out to Stuart who did my assessment on my car and explained the process and answered all my questions.
Will definitely use their services again if needed.

I got my car fixed from them and they were excellent in their services. Excellent customer service, polite to customers, and all of my issues were fixed. I went through insurance to them and got my car on time as promised. I was calling them for updates, and they were always happy to update me regarding my car. They did a great job on my car. Highly recommended and will definitely use their service if needed.

He went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the service and quality of work done. Also provided a reasonable quote on the spot for future private works. Fantastic repair work completed by the team at MotorOne Frankston. Was given a realistic timeframe from the get-go and vehicle was returned to me as if from the shop floor. Very satisfied and cannot recommend them enough.

Insurance job sent me here and Peter was really friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They initially missed a tiny part of the scratch but were very happy to make up for it and they clean your car too which is a nice touch. Easy to book in with and in central location right opposite train station.

ABSOLUTELY outstanding workmanship and customer service. I cannot thank Peter and all the staff enough. The service doesn't stop at just what needs to be repaired, but also the pride they take in their work, my car come back shiny and new after a detail and clean. Peter and his crew restored my vx commodore to factory condition with no fuss,no problems ,they just did it.
The vehicle was reasonably clean when I took it in but it was spotless when I got it back.

Upon requesting an assessment of my car, he was so friendly and polite, and went out of his way to provide me with the details that was beyond what I expected! Thank you. The service I received speaks favourably about this place, and I would highly recommend this service for customers.

Not that anyone would ever want to have to visit a panel beater, but considering that I had to get some work done on my car as a result of an incident, I was was directed to Frankston Accident Repair Centre.

I must say, the work was top quality, they carried out the repairs to the standard promised and also informed me of the realistic timeline of dealing with the insurance company. The service was carried out on an agreed date and was provided with a courtesy car.

The courtesy car will cost you $50 if you do use this option. That said, hope to never have to visit a panel beater, but if you do, this is one to consider

Not only was my car repaired beautifully but the guys even vacuumed it's carpets and cleaned the wheel rims (something I had been meaning to do for a very long time). Thank you. I am a very happy customer and will recommend your business without hesitation.

Conor and the guys down here were great. Took my hiace in on Monday and was able to get it all fixed up that week. Good communication and very fairly priced. Will definitely go back there for any other jobs and have already recommended them to friends and family!

My car was damaged in a rear end collision: Frankston Accident Repair Centre staff were brilliant. They were professional, efficient and did a great job. Can’t recommend their customer service highly enough.

The staff here are friendly, honest, and went out of their way to help me! Not only did they do a great job fixing my car but they helped find me a rental car in the meantime, called around to find the code for my radio and helped me set it back up afterwards. It's nice to deal with a business that looks after their customers!

My car was sent here by the insurance company and they did an outstanding job. The damage to the body isn't discernable and it looks brand new. Also the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Plus we got a bottle of Chardonnay when we went to pick up the car!

I called the place as I had issue on the freeway, Peter spoke to me and organised the help, had the car towed and fixed within an hour, I was amazing how efficient and detailed it was. Peter’s detailed explanation of what happened to the car also was amazing. Great service, no mucking around👍
