The fact that you listen to what I need and what’s important to me has just been amazing, I’ve never felt so safe and comfortable with a dentist before. Thank you 🙏

This dentist is amazing, I called them up in morning after having an appointment with another dentist that I wasn’t satisfied with. They managed to fit me in as they were concerned for me and wanted to provide me with optimal care. The customer service was outstanding, I received all of the education I needed to help reassure myself. I got told my exact prognosis, and what I can do next to help. It didn’t feel like you were just another number, you were made to feel like a friend and that they genuinely wanted to help you. I will definitely be happy going back to this dentist, and that is saying something coming from me as going to the dentist is something I always avoid. Thankyou again to the TFI dentist family :)

It was our son's first visit to dentist. Dr Emina made it absolutely AMAZING 🩷🥰 No tears, no fear. Such calm, friendly atmosphere, the room is stunning. Them our son has got a lot of gifts and certificate. We definitely recommend this clinic

I've been seeing the team at TFI to get a fair bit of dental work done on my teeth to restore my smile and the function of my teeth after years of neglect. The team are friendly and welcoming.

I got a couple root canals, many fillings and a partial denture.

Dr Souha is a skilled dentist, very quick and understanding. Souha and her assistants are very skilled at what they do and making you feel comfortable. It was very easy getting any adjustments made on my denture, following up with questions about aftercare and working around my schedule for follow up appointments(they're open for ages in a day).

10/10 would highly recommend if you need any dental work done, that you stop by here.

Dr Souha is INCREDIBLE. My 3 kids have been seeing her for a couple of years now and we won't go anywhere else.
She is Kind, Gentle, Patient but gets the job done in a quick and precise way. So grateful for her!

The receptionist was so friendly & welcoming. Dr Souha & her assistant were fantastic. They made me feel very comfortable & Dr Souha explained everything thoroughly.

Amazing experience for a very anxious 3 year old. Highly reccomend the fairy room, the dentist and hygienist were amazing so patient and interactive with my daughter. They pulled out all the stops to ensure her comfort. We will continue to visit. Thank you!

I would give more stars if I could! This was a wonderful experience, from start to finish. My 2 little ones, 3 & 5 yo, were a bit nervous about their first visit to the dentist but left with big (clean) smiles. The location of the dentistry is convenient, clear signs (as the turn off is hard to find), and lots of parking. The receptionist was so warm and helpful, first impressions mean so much. And of course, when it was time to head in, the girls were speechless to be greeted by the tooth fairy herself! Tooth fairy Dr. Jana was so gentle, patient, respectful of boundaries and informative. I felt at ease and the girls loved the fairy room and the little prizes at the end. Absolutely amazing, I am so appreciative of the extra mile the staff has placed in ensuring our visit was a positive one. Thank you!

I’ve taken our kids to TFI since they were toddlers and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Emina always makes it as fun as can be for the kids and they’re always happy for a little gift from the toy drawer afterwards.

Emina has been looking after my kids for a couple of years now. She makes the whole dental experience fun and takes utmost care and pride in her work. She includes the parents as well as any siblings in the whole process by explaining everything as she is going along, and has the patience and skills to gently talk through any uncomfortable situations with anxious kids to get the best outcome at the end of the treatment. Best dentist on the Gold Coast. Dr Matt and the whole team, the nurses and receptionists are amazing. I can not speak highly enough of them. I have found dentists in the past very judgmental if you hv imperfect teeth but not here at all not one bit. They made us feel very comfortable, explaining everything that is going to happen sometimes twice 🤦🏻‍♀ always taking the time to help with aftercare via the phone and in person (if needed).

Although it didn’t start out like that. I hv had 3 visits there with my son now, the first was not so great and I was going to take him elsewhere. my son has a more than normal fear of the dentist and his mouth needs a lot of work.
I phoned to get a copy of his X-rays, Rachel who answered the phone totally changed my mind. She was so super nice and caring for my sons welfare as I explained he was in alot of pain that I decided to give it another go and I’m so happy we did. Rachel went out of her way to help me book an appointment for him. Rachel was unaware I was considering changing dentists which made her customer service levels even more amazing. I don’t like complaining so wasn’t going to mention the bad experience, just move along. We saw a different dentist than the first visit and he’s Fantastically awesome at his job and so nice and very patient. Dr Matt is highly recommended

This clinic has exceeded my expectations, Emina makes me feel included in my very young daughter’s appointment. She dressed up and overall, make the experience fun & comfortable for both of us. Very professional and great people.

I have been attending TFI at Labrador for several years. Dentists cause me and others I know a lot of anxiety but I have found that the staff at TFI Labrador cool me down and settle me well. The receptionists are always welcoming and Miss T has been especially superior in that she convinced my health fund to do more than they were prepared to. Well done Miss T. I am back from overseas and need my catchup dentistry and Dr Rose is nice as about it. He continues where he left off and its like you were only chatting to him yesterday not last year as it is in my case. Dr Rose is the best dentist I have ever been to. Full rating for him and this practice.

The Tooth Fairy is an absolutely genius idea! My 2 year old had her first visit with to the dentist here, and she had such a great experience. Definitely recommend for all young children!

The Tooth Fairy is amazing with my young ones they love her. She provides great information and communication to the parents too. Everyone that works there are all friendly and helpful too.

I love this dental surgery! I’ve just had $1,600 of restorative work done by the fabulous Dr Ioana. Completely pain free, super quick recovery time & had loads of laughs whilst I was there too! And I love the fairy room for the kids! Great service & cost effective. Thank you.

I take my son to the Toothfairy, he has been going there for years.The Toothfairy is Very kind and caring and does great work very compassionate and competent, she communicates great with the kids. My son is older now but happy to keep seeing the Toothfairy. Highly recommend.
