McDonald's West Beach

I was served the most greasiest, most filthy double cheeseburger ever! It tasted so good I wish they was all made like this. Idk when or if I’ll ever get a burger like that again. I’d trade my car just to eat it again 🤤

As with most Maccas, the coffee is good, the food wasn't that great because it went cold too quick, even though we asked for breakfast to be extra hot. Will only go there if we are in the area.

I had a bad experience a long ago here. Felt discrimination. But now everything has changed. New people. Very good customer service. Will bring orders on your table. Btw. The burger was perfect look and taste.

Never been a great fan of Maccas. Food is dry and tastless. Meat is like cardboard and heaven forbid to add any condiments that you can see or taste. If you want extra onion or anything else, they will charge you for it, and then you try to find that extra you paid for. Good luck. Even their toilets were questionable, which is what I was there for, and that was very early in the morning. Just imagine what their kitchen would be like. Shame there wasn't an OTR nearby. Cannot recommend any Maccas, but certainly not this one. Had a burger recently from a chicken, fish, and chip shop. Wow, now they still make great burgers that you don't feel hungry after eating it, and they don't charge for condiment extras. But who am I to say, lm only the customer with the coin.

Went for breakfast one morning. Ordered breakfast and coffees. The order arrived quickly and was correct. We walked out of the store, forgetting our coffees and the manager came outside to find us. He was very helpful and obviously was respected by his team.

Fantastic service! Wasn't sure how to customise a non sesame burger bun, and lady at the counter was able to assist with app. Plus, non-seed bun was already prepared. Happy with service!

Friendly customer service, food was all fresh and tasty, only complaint was the place was a bit dirty but someone was cleaning the tables while we were eating. Would recommend

OMG, best fries 🍟 ever.
Stuffed the order up, so one kid went hungry. But that seems to be the norm these days. But the chips 🍟 wow.

I have been visiting this site for a while and would like to shout out to a young gentleman named Bradley, who has been serving me on numerous occasions. He has been very friendly, professional and always got my order right :) I myself work in customer service so can recognize a good employee and he certainly delivered a 5 star service every time I visited the site. Well done

Easily accessible carpark close to store. Had a catchup with friends. Coffee and a Muffin. Great Coffee and yummy Muffin. Instore playground for kids. Clean toilets. They need to change the liquid soap though! Not very nice smelling!

It's Macca's so the food was on that level. The double cheeseburger was not the sloppy mess you get from some Macca's. It was well put together. Drive thru staff was friendly.

There ice cream machine was working we live at Elizabeth and there is always not working so hats off to you guys

Grand Big Mac should be on regular menu 😋

Such lovely staff from start to finish! I had left my keys in the store and came back half an hour after they had closed (unknowingly), but the stuff member was still there with the door unlocked in case I came back! Very much appreciated!!!
