I had the most lovely experience at bras and things today and it was all thanks to this lovely person called Maddie. Today she helped me feel extremely comfortable and confident when trying on and browsing your products, especially with helping suggesting products to me that I might like ( which I did 😊) all while maintaining a clean store. She is such a friendly, lovely and supportive person and I left the store feeling so happy with my experience. Thank you so Maddie!

A massive thankyou to the lovely lady who made my wish come true for my 30th, last Thursday evening.
It was the first time buying proper lingerie in person, that wasn't plain black. She was incredibly helpful, polite, respectful, and not pushy in anyway. She was very knowledgeable in everything, recommended a set from the enchanted collection, which I wouldn't have chosen myself, but I actually love it more than the vamp set I chose!!! It's beautiful. Ended up with two beautiful sets, instead of one, with accessories. Best experience I've ever had with lingerie.. usually I'd get too much anxiety to get through. Thankyou so very much! Highly recommend. Wish I had of gotten her name, she deserves a promotion! Thank you 😊

I was in here today with my bestfriend Estelle, and there was this lady called Maddy who was super sweet, energetic and lovely! Made the environment super great and would defo come back again :)

I went and got sized for a bra at Noarlunga (that was closer because I was down that area). After that I came back to the Mt Barker one the day after and bought some new bras. Fantastic customer service, the lady was really helpful and I felt very welcomed! 100% recommend for women and/or transgenders of all sizes ☺

I had the best customer service today at Mt Barker's Bras n things, her name is Samantha. Made me feel so beautiful and loved, and she was sincere about it. Mum and I had tears in our eyes, that's how good she made us feel. I will always get my bras from here because of Samantha. Thank you Sam

The only reason I didn't put 5 stars, was the managers fault!! She was extremely condescending and rude to her beautiful staff member in front of me. She didn't do eye contact with me at all. Just sour faced and just plain rude!!

Really friendly plus sized staff member, who always makes me feel welcome in a store that doesn't really cater to plus size woman at all.
