Aston Hills - Central Lakes

Wow, not what we expected and that was the soft opening.
Great food with lots of fresh choices and pizza. Coffee was excellent. Views best anywhere, dine in or on the verandah. Friendly staff, prices very reasonable. Worth the trek to get great meals.

Magnificent

Lovely place to walk around with the dog but the actual lakes are a little manky with a fair bit of rubbish in it. Would like to see it taken better care of.

The area I went to at My Barker this morning, is a brand new estate, that is building mega homes. It's on the size of a mega satellite city, with its own hospital, shopping complex. It has some wonderful huge parks and gardens that are well designed, and many wonderful trees both gums and deciduous, such as liquid ambors. And as we are going into winter the liquid ambors are changing colour intro a glorious red. This would be a wonderful place to start a new life for a young family, and of course the fresh cold air, no smog. I do recommend this place for young families, or retirees who want to smell the roses and to chill out.It's just so peaceful. David
