Good service

I needed some assistance with lodging a tax return back in 2017 as I had home rental repairs to claim which were out of the norm for me. A bit more was also claimed under the guidance and advice of my new accountant.

It turns out that the ATO didn't agree with what was claimed through the advice of Quest.

Not only did I have to pay the ATO the full return amount back, I was also slapped with a substantial fine.

Unfortunately the bad service didn't stop there, they advised "this is being challenged and we will get most of it back". I believe it was said to encourage me to continue to use their services for further claims after that!

Whilst this was supposedly getting challenged I was hit with interest on the fees due to the ATO. Quest told me not to worry as the fine should be reduced. Not only was the advice provided incorrect, I now had a further debt to address.

So much for having faith in an organisation that does this as it's bread and butter.
