This was excellent, we had an amazing time! We booked the "Cheapest Combo Deal - Tour Code 559" tour to Kuranda via Skyrail and return by train. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the tour organisation was spotless including pick up and drop off directly from our accommodation. We went for the longest free time possible in Kuranda with 5 hours and it was the perfect duration to check the different attractions. I feel like this tour is a must see around Cairns and I can't recommend it enough!

Amazing day on the reef. After the kids are back in school (Feb) is a great time as there are few crowds or lines. You can do all the things and this company had the widest range of activities, including the Scooba Doo I wanted to try so badly. (It wasn’t as cool as I hoped, but that’s just an opinion, not due to the company or staff). I was the only one in my time slot, and then there were only 2 of us who did a Discover Diving intro dive. It was fantastic, and they communicated well too.

Excellent experience of the Great Barrier Reef. Enjoyed ourselves on a 1-day trip out to the floating platform. There is a variety of activities for swimmers and non-swimmers alike and safety was a good point of this operator. Lunch was excellent, and crew was very attentive to our "trying not to fall seasick" and one of them gave me an ice-cube to suck on... Threw up eventually when the ferry reached the floating platform haha. Pricey but would recommend.

Visited Cairns in June 2023. Before getting there though I wanted to have everything planned in regard to accommodation and tours.
Accommodation was sorted by me and after looking through a few tour operators, I booked the 'Kuranda Train and Skyrail tour' and the 'Reef and Rainforest tour' through The Tour Specialists. I contacted them by phone to ensure that I got the dates that I wanted and the person on the other end of the line was extremely helpful and very accommodating.
Both tours were great and I was very happy that I chose the tours that I did. The Reef and Rainforest is a 2 day tour which meant that I could split it over different days rather than consecutive days. That suited my plans down to the ground. Nothing was too difficult.
All my dealings with The Tour Specialists were great and I can't fault the service. I will be using them again when I am next up in the Cairns area.

In researching a trip to PORT DOUGLAS and the Daintree for extended family, including one family member who is confined to a wheelchair, I discovered some great info from The Tour Specialists about accessible travel in the area. I booked an accessible snorkel trip to the outer reef through The Tour Specialists, and their team was great about answering my questions and providing tips about other accessible adventures in the area. I really appreciated the personalized service!

The helicopter ride over the Great Barrier Reef was amazing with an excellent and knowledgeable pilot. Our flight was delayed from morning until the afternoon and they gave us coupons for free coffee/ice cream to use while we relaxed and waited.

This organization provided us with a wonderful experience! Starting with the reservation desk, they were very helpful. The staff on the boat was courteous and went out of their way to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves and were safe. There was no skimping on the food either. It was an enjoyable day and we saw lots of underwater sea life.

What a FANTASTIC experience!! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this company for all your holiday experiences.

I first enquired about one day trip on the reef the next thing I’ve used them to fully book my 8 days.
Best idea ever, not only supports local businesses but these guys were on top of everything.
Some of the boats had to swap days due to numbers so my holiday got pretty mixed around for a few weeks but as long as I was out there I didn’t mind the change.
Definitely recommend this team to book holiday destinations for you and had everything done quickly and professionally.

The Tour Specialists have just been amazing. Belinda has been so helpful with suggestions about what to do while up in Palm Cove and FNQ. We had to move one of our tours and they were able to do that for us with no hassles whatsoever.
One of our tours got cancelled due to weather and we were able to use the refund to book something else! This type of service is so great when you are on holidays somewhere you have never been before.
We will definitely use them again next we come up.

I used The Tour Specialists for all of our tours in Port Douglas over 2 weeks in January, including a private yacht charter. I found all staff, especially Christina and Belinda to be friendly, helpful and happy to go out of their way to ensure our holiday was perfect (coming from Victoria it was a well needed break). They were very knowledgeable, provided great advice, and sent us on great tours through the Daintree, Kuranda, Helicopter over the GBR and snorkelling and scuba diving - all the tours were fantastic and the family loved every minute. Thanks guys!

I booked a tour through Trish at the Hilton Cairns and was very pleased with the help I received and the tour. We purchased a helicopter tour of the GBR which landed on a cay for lunch and snorkelling. Trish took the time to look at the weather and water swells and spoke at length with the tour operator. She made arrangements with the tour operator to re-check the weather the evening before for maximum satisfaction. Although the evening before was her day off, she made arrangements for another tour operator to conduct the requisite weather/water checks. We also booked a vehicle for a day through Trish and were very satisfied with the company she used and the service we received. Overall, we were very pleased with the Tour Specialists and with Trish as our agent. Many thanks for such great memories.

Thank you for all of your great recommendations on our recent trip to Port Douglas. We had a great time snorkeling and trying our first scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef we just wish we had more time to do it again. The rainforests were just beautiful and the overall scenery of the northern part of Australia just magical. We have vowed we shall return so we will be in contact. thank you so much for everything

We were on Tropics Explorer Cape Tribulation Day Tour with Croc Cruise and we loved it! The staff was very patient and helpful. Our guide Chris was cheerful, professional with great knowledge of rainforest and did everything to make us comfortable and generally happy. He is amazing! It was much more enjoyable tour only thanks to him.

I had a great time with my friends and family thanks to all of you guys! The great deals you gave us were greatly appreciated also. We loved the Great Barrier Reef and Cairns my old home so nice to come back as a tourist!

Zoom Helicopter 40 min scenic flight has to be one of the best experiences we have ever had. Chris is an amazing host and pilot, we had a great time, enjoyed like kids! Definitely worth every penny :)
