We used Auto King for a safety certificate for our daughter’s car. The mobile mechanic text us before arriving and turned up on time.
He was a very friendly and professional. We highly recommend these guys.

I used Auto King Mobile Mechanics Coombabah last week, and cannot say that my experience was a good one. The mechanic's name was John Wilburn and he serviced both of my cars. On completion he also went around and checked the tyre pressure on all tyres. I paid and he left. I noticed later that the front tyre on one of the vehicles was now completely flat, even though the vehicle was never driven since the service. The valve was broken along the rim edge and could not be pumped up again. I called Auto King and was rudely told to call the Mechanic as they are all Sub contractors, something that was never mentioned at the time of booking their services.
I called again after the weekend, and was told that they do not fix tyres and that I should take care of it. I called one more time, placed on hold for a while. When she returned to the phone, she advised that she had spoken to the Mechanic and that he did not break anything and I was told that the tyre is old and it was my problem.
She then hung up on me. I strongly recommend you call someone else for your mechanical needs, as they do not take responsibility for anything they do and when questioned, get very rude and dismissive.
The sign of a good Mechanic is one who makes mistakes, and is then willing to rectify within a reasonable timeframe that suits both the Mechanic and customer. These guys do not deserve your custom.

Sat. I was told you ring me back, Monday you said you would ring me back . Monday afternoon a mechanic came over and bleed the master cylinder from the master cylinder connections ,I still have air in the line , all I ask for was the wheel calipers ,bleeding from the master can only push air down the line not out .please bleed the brakes,from the wheels or refund me 107dollars.
