Not Even worth 1 Star ! Bagged the town that we wanted to buy a house in, we feel sorry for the owners because they would not even know that this agent doesn't care about selling their property.

Have to agree with 'mindyourown business'. From a sellers perspective, once a contract was signed, Di showed very little interest in selling our mining claim which we easily sold via Gumtree with Di still doing transfer, finances. Di has not answered any texts etc since the sale and for 12 days we have been trying to communicate with her re a settlement!!

After contacting Di at this agency to look at mining properties, she wasn't in the least bit interested and sent me an email to say good luck finding another agency.
I feel sorry if you have listed your property if that is the level of service provided.
Unbelievable, luckily there are other very helpful agencies.

We moved in to a poorly presented property and now for our inspections they are expecting the house to look as if we are doing a showing. Our lights, fans and dishwasher haven't worked since we have moved in. paying 600p/w in Emerald.

DO NOT USE. As property managers they only interested in taking your money and giving excuses when they make mistakes which is often. Let tenants get away with causing damage and not reporting it to you as the owner. Take selective angled photos which hide damage. They do not follow your requests or directions as an owner. Only do what is easiest for themselves. When questioned over the inactions of their property managers one of the first responses is "did you get that in writing" which obviously shows where their priorities are.

Not impressed at all the property was left in a disgraceful state,only to be told it’s not their problem.Rude and unprofessional attitude towards clients.would not recommend for any purpose buying,renting or intrusting them to manage my properties
