The service here is more than exceptional. I have had an issue with an item. They have gone above and beyond in my expectations to have the issue rectified. Must say I have not had this level of service in a long time...thank you.... Very highly recommended

I bought some Jura water filters for my coffee machine today, 18 March 2024. I will stop searching further for the filters, as I found the best place to shop - Birite Oakey, Qld. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The price was right, and I will now get my filters from this store. Since I do not have relevant photos, and they want me to post one, here goes.

After finding the cheapest price on the exact items we wanted,we called them and were greeted with a very welcoming attitude when we asked if we could pay over the phone and have our items shipped to a town 2 hours away. They rang us back to double check our address and sent the parcel the same day. It arrived 2 days later, very well packed with the items in perfect condition. Their postage costs were very reasonable.

Katrina, the salesperson, was incredibly polite, patient and helpful. She answered multiple questions over two days of trying to narrow down the best appliance for me, even going and measuring the appliance a number of times. The whole process was easy and Katrina also gave me a good price.

We experienced the most friendly customer support from Bi-Rite here in Oakey, we will continue to support them. Thank you Bi-Rite.

We've purchased an airconditioner, french door refrigerator, massager and a heated neck blanaket.
The first two items were purchased sight unseen over the telephone on two separate occasions. Each time the delivery men were very nice and professional and installed our items. The last two items were purchased in store. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be ordering more items off Bi-Rite Oakey in the near future.

They have a great range of products at very competitive prices, and they took the time to show me their range and explain the relative merits of each appliance I was considering.
