They gave really good advice and the turf looks great. Really nice people that are easy to deal with. Just good old fashioned customer service, all round. Would definitely recommend.

Had 230sqm of Sapphire Soft Leaf Buffalo laid by contractor Terry at my sons place last week. Barry from Albert Valley Turf delivered the turf personally and was of great assistance with lawn care tips. Terry and Jonathan (contractors for Albert Valley) were superb. They built some low retaining walls to help in levelling the yard prior to the turf being laid. The end result is simply wonderful. The workmanship of Terry and Jonathan was first class. The quality of turf was excellent. The service from Barry at Albert Valley was superb. I have no hesitation recommending each of these businesses.

We had delays due to weather but communication was good and they worked through the Chrissy break to clear the backlog. Photos are from the day after it was laid and then 10 days later. Turf was in good condition when it was delivered and has rooted in well.

We ordered some Sapphire Buffalo turf from the farm. Mel was very helpful in confirming our choice. Communication on delivery and time was as promised. Our turf was great quality. Very helpful staff. Will be purchasing from them again.

I don't usually leave reviews, however I have no hesitation to do so on this occasion. We have ordered turf from Albert Valley Turf on two occasions recently and we were very pleased with both the turf and the people we dealt with.

As it turns out, we were to be looked after the co-owners of the business Paul and Barry. My first order we picked up from the farm and Paul assisted us. He was more than willing to answer my questions regarding the best way to lay the turf and how best to look after it. He also warned me regarding the lawn grub problems on the Gold Coast and how to kill the little buggers.

Our second order being much larger was delivered by Barry. Another terrific ambassador for the business. Nothing was too much trouble and the turf was placed in various convenient locations, making it easier for us to lay. Barry noticed wasps on our old turf and indicated that this was a clear sign we had lawn grub. To my shame I had not used the herbicide purchased from Paul and now lawn grubs were evident. Barry again spoke of the need to spray.

As for the turf. Wow! I have previously purchased turf from other farms and the quality has often been quite poor and on at one occasion arrived full of weed. Albert Valley's Turf was fresh, weed free, and lush. Two weeks after laying, the turf has well and truly established itself and I was able to complete the first mow this past weekend. I have attached a photo of the turf the day we laid it and you can see how good it looks.

I am happy to recommend Paul, Barry and Albert Valley Turf to anyone wanting turf for their property.

I found Albert Valley Turf excellent to deal with. They were friendly, informative and professional, from my initial call to enquire about suitable turf options through to their back up phone call to check to see how my turf was settling in. I now have a backyard with a very happy and healthy (Sapphire) lawn. I would highly recommend them.

I had the Sapphire Buffalo laid and it's growing really well. The team also called a little while after delivery to see how it was all going, and I got to have a chat with them about some aftercare, which I found really helpful. It's a shame more businesses don't pick up the phone and do this.

I have used Albert Valley Turf on numerous occasions and found their turf to be of a high standard whilst still being competitively priced. Slabs are in a very manageable size and delivery was as scheduled. Highly recommend buying from the producer!

Albert Valley Turf were a breeze to deal with and organising a 13sqm delivery of Sapphire buffalo turf within a week. The turf was delivered early in the morning and I laid it all within half an hour. The grass has taken really well over the last 9 weeks and has even held up with the torrential rain through Feb and March. There are a couple of browning patches that have taken quite so well but that could be because of the weather. A great product all up, very happy with it.

Can not fault the service I received from Albert Valley Turf. I ordered and laid 100sq of Zoysia and the new lawn looks exceptional. I really appreciated the discussions beforehand in deciding what product was best for me. There was no pressure to buy any particular type of lawn, just detailed information of the different strengths and weaknesses. Happily recommend this company

I was put in contact with Albert Valley Turf through a local landscape supplies centre. I found the team at Albert Valley Turf to be extremely helpful from the very first contact with advice on choice of turf with the Empire Zoysia being just what I was looking for, easy no fuss pickup at the farm with the turf in great condition and was easily laid and is bedding down nicely. A great quality product and friendly team. I will certainly be back for any further turf requirements.
