I honestly only write negative reviews when it is granted- Rebecca is literally the most unprofessional 'professional' (as she reminded me lol) I have ever come across in many many years of health care practise. Her remedies A/ made me worst and B the way she handled it was absolutely appalling. Do yourself a favour AND DO NOT take a step into her clinic- not for herbs and not for a 'consultation'.

I called seeking an appointment for recurring neck pain from physical labour chopping and stacking firewood and was disgusted at the outrageous prices charged I offered to pay just $20 which I thought was fair. I'm not to sure why they refused and got so angry seeing as though they believe to purchase firewood they can do the exact same and lowball hard working people supporting their families. And then to go full Karen by sending threats of violence via unsolicited and unwanted messages because someone used a laugh react.. One also has to wonder if it culturally appropriate in this modern world for a Caucasian white person to practise traditional Chinese medicine, it's a bit outrageous, nearly the same as wearing blackface
