Great experience, exceptional customer service. The first time they were able to fix my husband working laptop where others had failed. The second time they gave me a lot of useful advices and helped me recover couple of mobile phones.
I highly recommend them.

Absolute legends and professionals ! After my desktop died, they responded super fast and quickly gave me the results (I needed it for work quite fast). Realising that it was a 'real death' they manage to put together a new beast in record time (they did a bit of overtime for me) and with the exact components I was asking for. I brought in my computer i had built my self with a few technical errors. They manage to point me in the right direction by assisting me in the completion of my computer.
I have had bad experience with other computer shops in the past but this shop managed to cure my phobia of computer shops.

When my PC would not boot the TCS team diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty power supply for a very fair price. I brought the computer back to them a few days later with another problem (which turned out to be on my end) and they worked on it for no extra cost.

Guys, I just purchased a laptop and monitor from That Computer Shop in Nedlands, WA. The hardware I could have got pretty well anywhere, I guess, but the deciding factor was the speed, efficiency and knowledge of the support. The technical guy there, Terrence Raffaelli, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No "push" at all. Just helping me get what was suitable and if they couldn't supply it directly he was happy to point me in the right direction with the end objective being that I had a result rather than he had a sale. Well, on the big stuff, TCS did get the sale. The impressive stuff just continued all the way through transfer from my old laptop to the new and using Team Viewer today, four days after the sale, Terrence just rattled through and solved a number of issues on which I needed a bit of guidance. Who says guys can't multi-process!
Don't want to get OTT or anything but whoever is paying Terrence isn't paying him enough. :) ......and, no, he is NOT my brother or an old mate!! This accolade is generated through genuine gratitude for getting my system up and running in a very efficient fashion.
