Joe is great and his products are amazing. I've always bought my sissy bar and rack from him but it's the first time I've bought luggage. I rode from Sydney to Young in the torrential rain and my clothes were perfectly dry. The amount of stuff you can get in the panniers and top box is amazing. Thanks Joe

I bought a screen recently on recommendation from a friend. These are a universal fit so there is a bit of trial and error to get it dead right. If you mess with bikes you will be familiar. I put it on a Yamaha MT 01 as I didn't like the much more expensive alternatives and the shipping problems from overseas. It suits the style of the bike and provides great protection. I set it at a height and angle to be free of any buffeting and finished its installation with a couple of hard to spot cable ties to stop it moving at high speeds. Without the screen the bike would have been too cold for Victoria. I also put heated grips on and now bar end mirrors to cure this model's blurry stock mirrors. Joe is great to deal with and I may yet buy the dark screen as well.

Fast delivery and recommend to anyone who wants good quality saddlebags for their ride..I've used other bags that cost me more that sagged and lost their shape but NOT these ones they're a good sized solid bag that's holding their shape really well .

Joe is absolutely amazing. I ordered bags & racks of him 3weeks ago. I cant rave highly enough about the customer service I received which is becoming rarer these days, along with the fantastic quality and workmanship of the bags. Id been searching the internet for months for someone in Australia that made bags to suit my Street 500. Harley dont make leather side bags for these bikes. I was very cautious about ordering a product I couldn't physically see. From my first email to Joe followed by a call I was put at ease. Joe guided me in 100% the right direction for bag size and made the bags with the studs and locks to my requirements. I received my bags within 3days. I must say im so excited, they suit my bike and look fantastic.
I posted Joe contact details and web page on a few bike groups im a member of on Facebook, various ladies total strangers , private messaged me and have since ordered from Joe and are just as satisfied as I am. Thankyou so very very much Joe. I will continue to refer people to you with absolutely no hesitation at all.

I've had a full set of Joe's clip on saddle bags, Top Chest & Tool Roll on my Rocket 3 since 2014. I also have the Magnetic Tank bag and slip on pouches that are used when needed, all of which are still in perfect condition.
Joe also helped me out with my riding Jacket, Vest & Sleeveless Jacket.
All of my Bibblebar products are of the highest quality and several of my friends have since gotten their own various products and are extremely happy with Joe's service advice and prices.

You can't get better customer service!

My family Bought luxury bags for me for Fathers Day which are anything but. Bags arrived covered in mold with shoddy stitching and useless mounts(do not buy, waste if $25) Pictures Avail.
Quoted postage and then raised it at purchase to supposedly cover increase in import postage, even though my bags were already in stock (2 years on shelf) in Australia and not affected by recent import cost increases.
Then lock broke off on 2nd ride after installation under weight of a small padlock.
Current looking for another set of bags. Wasted $400.
Emailed: no apology , just excuses and DEMANDED I remove this review for a full refund.
Not what I wanted, review stands.
Post Script after his reply.
Took 5 email for apology and non committal comment that would have replaced (never offered) bags and upgraded. I said I would have accepted offer(no reply). I just wanted bags, not a refund. Certainly not on basis of removal if this valid review. Pictures and transcripts to support my comment avail.

Although Joe great with words on the phone .... I decided to keep these substandard products due to the costs involved in returning them.
Relocating Kit
I was sold a product that didn't fit/was unfinished with no instruction and told I should have been savvy enough to finish it and make it work.
Saddle Bags
I was told these were shop soiled, actually what this meant was that they were of substandard/poor manufacture.

After I received the products I raised these problems and was told I didn’t get the discount because I spent over $ 1,000 but because the products were (can't choose a word here).

Working on Joe's theory if I’d got a bigger discount he’d have sent,
A bucket of Iron Ore and a match,
A cowhide, needle & cotton and told me to do it myself.

Looking at the Bibble Bar website and the many positive reviews left on it you would be lead to believe that the quality of product was high and at a very affordable price.
Against my bike shops recommendation of another product I recently purchased Bibble Bar Deluxe saddle bags for my Triumph as part of an insurance repair. I was therefore surprised when I picked up the bike with the fitted bags that they were already coming apart at the seams and overall of poor construction. The leather tabs on them were completely out of alignment and aesthetically were simply not much chop.
I contacted Joe immediately and documented my disappointment in the product and included photos (see attachment 1,2&3) After a bit of negotiation it was agreed if I return posted them he would send me another set. Terrific!
This process was undertaken at a fairly hefty expense but I looked very forward to the new bags. When they arrived, however, although the stitching appeared firm the tabs were again completely out of alignment.
Once again I sent photos (see attached 4&5) to Joe and he quickly returned comment telling me that the bags were in his eyes identical and this was part of the design.
For a man who sprukes 'attention to detail' so highly on his website his business acumen seemed to fall a bit short.
When I sent further photos and expression of my disatisfaction and made him aware of the fact that I would be posting this review online he responded, word for word "... I tried my best now it's your job to go and try to ruin me you were the 3rd nicest person I have run into in 15 years..." Not really sure what this loose ramble represents but again not that encouraging on the business acumen point.
I guess the moral of this story is that more often than not you get what you pay for. Bibble Bar is cheaper than a lot of other competitors out there on the market but in my experience so is the finish of his product. If you are to consider Bibble Bar as an alternative for your beloved bike I would highly recommend that you drop in to his retail outlet in person and inspect the product closely before buying rather than, as I did, taking a disappointing punt and ordering online.

7 MONTHS LATER -
It would appear after seven months Joe from Bibble Bar has changed his original response to my review to make himself seem like a more reasonable and responsible operator.
The photos attached show the quality of the two separate sets of bags I received. Mis-aligned stitching and tabs and falling to pieces before they even hit the road, these pictures are evidence of two really shoddy pairs of bags.
Needless to say, after having to pay return postage on pair one I wasn't so keen to pay for the replacement pair to be sent back to where they came from (Tassie to QLD) for what would have become a meagre refund.
I haven't fit the second pair to the bike. They simply wouldn't do my fine machine justice. I will at some stage see if I can have the bags restitched by someone who actually knows what they are doing but in the meantime would rather do without.
