First they explained what I should do for them to be able to replicate my lost key, then they expertly replicated the key and gave me several pieces of great advice how to get everything back in working order. All for a very reasonable price too. I would have been stuffed if I wouldn't have found them!

I needed keys cut quickly for my apartment and was having difficulties arranging through the BC. Kim, who I spoke to on the phone, was able to sort everything out for me within 24 hours and cut my keys. Kim and the gentleman who cut the keys were extremely professional, friendly and really went the extra mile. They even fixed a key I already had that had been dropped on the floor at no extra cost. I would highly recommend their services to anyone on the Gold Coast.

My key snapped inside the door barrel, their customer service was fantastic. Genuinely cared that we got the key right and certainly didn’t overcharge.

5 Star service I had misplaced my motorbike key and luckily enough I managed to bring into the store the matching barrel from the bikes glovebox that shared the same key as the bikes ignition the price was reasonable and i had my new key and spare within an hour highly recommend

I recently bought a used car with a canopy without a key for the canopy lock. I was quoted $190 for a new lock by the canopy agents and told I wouldn't be able to get a key made. I rang Locktight and spoke to a lady who said to bring it down. I'd taken the lock out and gave it to her. She made me a new key and a spare while I waited, at an extremely reasonable price, and was super friendly and competent. This is by far the best service I have ever received and highly recommend this business to anyone.
