I feel compelled to review this shop just to add some balance to the rotten comments below.

I'm just back from the place and I bought two suits. The star of the show has a grey check with pink through it that was $1,100, reduced to $420. Couldn't be happier with that.

The staff were lovely - shout out to Nat - despite being slammed on a very busy Sunday afternoon.

It is a proper outlet store, so you do have to work harder than at menswear stores like Peter Jackson, and you might not find sizes to suit. They also don't have an associated tailor to organise hemming in-store.

But all in all a positive experience, and if you're willing to put in the effort, it's possible to come away with a decent suit at a reasonable price.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service. My partner recently purchased five T-shirts, and the staff member assisting him carelessly placed the unfolded shirts into an overly small bag. Upon his polite request for the shirts to be folded and provided in a larger bag, the staff member dismissively remarked about the store being an outlet and her busy schedule, along with a few additional comments. Another employee intervened to deescalate the situation and offered an apology. It was an awkward moment. It's unfortunate that a reputable brand like Hugo Boss is represented by such service.

Very poor service, staff are too busy chatting then helping customers. Did not honour their additional 30% off all sweatshirts promotion.

Never experienced such terrible service purchased a carry bag for $400 after using it one time the cheap vinyl started flaking and peeling off. I went to return it only to be told they don't do returns. After explaining its a fault and you cant sell products in Australia with out warranty Iwas told they have no manager, they then refused to call any one then said I could contact their burnside store myself. I phoned burnside to be told they have no manager after arguing she offered to resolve today. So I drove accross town only to be told because I purchased at harbour town it had to be returned there but they cant because they have no manager. I asked what about the city store and again was told they have no manager and apparently the only manager is in Melbourne and no management contactable. After waiting half an hour in store arguing the sales rep reluctantly managed to refund via eftpos. I cant believe what's suppose to be a luxury brand selling cheaply finished products at top dollar cant even manage a simple return for a faulty product. Even the sales rep commented saying the product has been getting cheaper but the prices go up while laughing. would not buy

The store did not honour their own promotion in spite of confirming with the staff twice. This was for a pair of shoes that had a further discount of 30% on the reduced prices.
The store manager refused to stand by the committed price and discount. I am sure a brand like Boss can do better!!

If there is a zero star choice，I definitely give it instead of the one star. I was just walk into the store with a boost drink on my hand and the staff were yelling at me very rude and disrespectful that they do not allow any drinks instore，I have to leave here. If this is the way how they treat customer，never gonna buy anything from this brand.

Awesome selection but staff experience underwhelming. Young kardasian wannabe doesnt belong in retail.
Was body shamed as well. Maybe she was deflated as her lips needed redoing.

Not sure if it’s just Adelaide Outlet the customer service here at the store is really appalling. It seems that the company doesn’t have proper training for staff working here and will avoid shopping this brand for my family.

Very bad customer service ever I went to buy a shirt for my hubby and was needing a help nobody willing to help, I found hardly a shirt for hubby and ask the guy to give me a better shopping bag as it's a gift for hubby then he was looking for me then all off sudden one of the lady come from somewhere else and intrepid him and telling me we don't give nice shopping bag when the shirt is discounted we only give when it's full price told by the women very disappointed, not nice feeling I will never come back unless they got basic customer service training !!!

Went there to buy a hoodie, the guy there ignored us as we don’t even exist, ended up buying from Ralph Lauren.
