Boulevard North

We had our second stay at Boulevard North in February and it didn't disappoint.
We love the location - right across from the beach, perfectly located between Broadbeach & Surfers Paradise with both being a quick bike ride or short walk away. The Lime bikes are fantastic to grab and explore the area on.
Love that there are buckets for the beach and boogie boards so we didn't have to buy these or cart them with us.
The unit we had was recently renovated and was amazing. It had everything we needed for our stay.
Everyone was easy to deal with when making our booking - and I made a few changes so not the easiest!
We will be back again. Highly recommend staying here.

I've just enjoyed three wonderful weeks at Boulevard North. This was my first time at the property and it's a keeper. Excellent location across the road from the patrolled beach. Bus to Pacific Fair at the doorstep and easy walk to Broadbeach shopping.
The staff are super friendly and ever so helpful. My apartment was spacious with plenty of hanging and storage space and nicely furnished with quality appliances throughout.
A very enjoyable stay and I'll definitely be coming back.

Booked an apartment through their website with an amazing discount. One minute walk to the bus stop, beach across the street, 10 minute walk to the Oasis which has MANY restaurants and a woolies, and 5 minute walk to the park. Didn't even need a car to get to Sea World or the National Park. Even when my apartment's description stated a partial view to the ocean, it was still beautiful. Pool is nice and hot tub was great. Apartment is not super modern but it has everything you need. Great for student travelers! The only thing is that the check-in during public holidays is after 2 PM with no option for storage in the meantime (unlike other hotels) which meant I had to carry my stuff around for a few hours. Other than that, I would still recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Absolute Pleasure staying here, close to everything you need or want and all modes of transport at your door. Walking distance to Surfers and to everything as you are right in the middle. The apartment we had was awesome, the owners and staff all very helpful friendly and accomodating. We found this Oasis by chance and from our experience there we will definitely be returning customers, cannot rate the Boulevard North enough!

We are regular visitors for short term stays and love the location which allows us to park the car and walk to shops and eating places. Also enjoy the ocean views and secured under cover parking. Unit was clean, functional and well equipped.

We opted for a 2 bedroom self-contained apartment with an ocean view.
It was nice and clean, and this particular apartment had been well maintained, considering it’s age…
Each of the bedrooms had everything we had expected: decent sized wardrobes with safes, AC & ensuites.
The lounge, kitchen and dining was nice and opened out to the balcony with a beautiful view and the sound of waves.
The building is located right on the esplanade, so its perfect for beach access, and only a 5 minute walk to the Broadbeach shops & cafes etc.
It’s a cruisey 40min walk along the beach to surfers paradise.

Stayed in 2-bed apartment, clean, comfortable and fantastic location with great views.

Jackie and Chris were absolutely amazing at accommodating us on such short notice. Rooms were lovely and clean, in a fantastic location across from the beach and short walking distance to everything. Highly recommend staying here, rooms were beautiful and their service was fantastic and so friendly.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with the sea view and the views really are incredible. You have a complete 180 deg uninterrupted view of the beach. It also has two balconies, which is useful depending on which direction the wind is coming from. The kitchen was very well stocked with various cooking equipment and I couldn't fault the cleanliness. The bedrooms are a good size and the queen bed was super comfy. Jackie and the other staff are very friendly and helpful and helped us extend our stay for a further 3 nights. I really can't fault this property - I've stayed here before, prior to the building next door going up, and yes, the views were better then, and this trip we did lose the sun around 1pm in June, but with a fabulous beach just across the road, its not really a big deal. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous apartments. Close to the heart of Broadbeach and public transport so very easy to travel around. The views from our balconies were gorgeous. The apartments are lovely and have everything you need to be super comfortable, are very clean and reception staff are extremely helpful. Will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

Exceptional and very friendly management who do all they can to make your stay enjoyable as possible. Jackie went above and beyond to help any way she could. The rooms are the cleanest I’ve come across after staying in many accommodations over the past two months and you have everything you need. The location is amazing. After my first stay I didn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Simon and I stayed 2 nights last week in a one bedroom apartment on the15th floor and had a fantastic time. The views were great of the ocean and of the hinterland. Service was excellent with a very friendly welcome. Excellent amenities looking for to returning soon. 10/10 David and Simon.

The accomodations are excellent, the apartment was clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist. One highlight of my stay was taking advantage of the location, the beach across the road was easily accessible and provided stunning views. And taking a walk to dinner was a convenient and enjoyable experience. My stay could not have been better!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Unit 21 situated in the heart of Broadbeach. From the moment we stepped inside, you can’t help but take in the stunning beach views. The sweeping views of the ocean were not only enjoyed from the open plan living and dining room, but also the kitchen and bedrooms.

The entire unit was modern, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The layout was well-thought-out, providing ample space for a comfortable stay for 4 adults. The sun-drenched balcony was undoubtedly our favourite spot to relax and take in the stunning beach views.

The property management were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in and we're helpful addressing an inquiry that arose during our stay.

We look forward to staying at Unit 21 when we are next on the Gold Coast!

Unit 21 is freshly renovated and looks amazing. The beachfront views are incredible and we just loved staying there. It is so relaxing and close by to all the cafes and restaurants and shops. We loved walking on the beach every morning and will definitely be back.

Had a really nice week long stay here perfect location and amazing views of the ocean and the hinterland. Every morning woke up to sunning views. Room has good black out curtains. The apartment 53 was ideal for our needs.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment with amazing beach views - Level 8, apartment 24. Spacious; comfortable bed; 2 bathrooms; laundry and well stocked kitchen. Directly across the road from beach and 5 min walk to lots of cafes; restaurants; supermarket and shops. Staff friendly; easy access after hours and free parking underneath

We had a fantastic stay at Boulevard North Holiday Apartments in the month of March, we utilised these apartments for a 2-night stay. The location is perfect, close access to Pacific Fair & nice restaurants which is exactly what we were after.

Couldn't speak highly enough about the staff, each time we asked for something or had a question it was attended to in an efficient manner.

Would recommend staying here, & we can't wait to get back.
