Silverton Apartments

From the apartment you can enjoy very beautiful water views. My family and I really like the pool area which is like a little paradise. We spent a lot of wonderful time there. The property manager and staff are very friendly and responsible. We will definitely stay there again!

We have a trades business and have dealt with Harvey and his family for many years. We are also ex residents of the Silverton and loved living there. We have never had an issue with being paid promptly or communicating with Harvey over jobs and have found him and his family to be lovely people. I personally come from a hospitality background with family motels and have worked as a motel manager myself and would not recommend anyone who I thought behaved in an untoward manner.

Stayed for one week in riverside apartment, fantastic views we got...just WOW! Apartment was clean, looked like it was renovated not too long ago. Pool and garden area was well kept. Kids loved it.

The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was huge, big balcony, comfy beds, wifi was good. The kitchen only had basic equipment and utensils, but besides this it was hard to fault. There was also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment which was handy.

The highlight of the place was the beautiful riverside pool and spa which we spent a lot of time at. We didnt use the tennis court as we didnt have racquets but later realised we could hire them from reception. The games room and gym were ok, nothing flash.

We found the staff very welcoming and helpful. On the second night there, we lost the connection to the foxtel tv channels because the kids were playing around with the remote. Ended up calling them, and a friendly young man promptly came and fixed the problem.
Reception also allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception office when we arrived too early to check in time, we used the time to walk along the surfers paradise beach nearby, which was stunning!

Great views and handy location to Surfers and also the light rail to Broadbeach. Excellent value for money rooms and spacious with fun amenities with a spa, pool, sauna and tennis, table tennis. Walking distance to Isle of Capri for great food and coffee. Also we loved the D'Arcy arms over the road for a meal and drink and can't beat the Northcliffe Surf club for an awesome meal on the beach. Helpful and friendly onsite managers.

Absolutely loved my stay at Silvertons apartment in GC. Booked and paid in advance and was later concerned as I had read alot of negative reviews about the place. After experiencing it for myself, I am so happy I booked this place. Amazing river view on the top floor, 2 bdrm (comfortable beds), 2 bthrm apartment with all essentials. (Was so stoked I had my own washing machine and dryer in room, also rooms were warm had heating and foxtel. Swimming pool, spa and games room are not fancy but keeped us all entertained. AMAZING.

I stayed here for 4 nights did not need to hassel the staff as I had everything I needed in my apartment.

Visited a friend’s dinner party hosted in the property. Beautiful sunset on the waterfront property are unforgettable. Impressed with the facilities such as gym, pool, tennis court, table tennis, etc.

The communication with the owners was really great room was perfect even got to watch the sunrise from our kitchen while making a cuppa

Great location and staff. The room we stayed in was very nice with an excellent view. Definitely will stay here again next time we’re on the gc.

Reception staff were welcoming, apartment was clean and good value. We really enjoyed the pool there.

Great place to stay.
Close to tram, bus and a few minutes walk to the beach.
Everywhere was clean and worked as it should.

Very happy to do business with the mangment of Silverton, pretty clear on what they want, and they even offered their help if this will make the job done faster, payment with received in less than 24 hours after I sent invoice!!

Great to sit on the balcony with a drink and enjoy the canel view.Its also a nice atmosphere to go for a swim or spa.There is also a tennis court.

3 nights here was bliss with majestic views of the waterways. Clean and very affordable apartment.
