A BIG thank you to the Up'n'Go Travel team. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday! Just got back from Port Douglas, stayed at the Peppers Beach Club - what a fantastic resort!

I found the Up'n'Go flight voucher to be really good value, I did a comparison quote on the same hotel and flights and saved over $500 with Up'n'Go Travel.

My Travel agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about Tropical North Queensland which made booking my holiday a lot easier and not to mention the recommendation of the Peppers Beach Club. 5 Star luxury - worth the $$$

I will be using this agency again and highly recommend their products and services.

I was rang some 12 months ago to join a promotional package by above
I paid the promotional fee
I then booked 2 trips to Melbourne

When I asked for the itinerary and invoice I received after 10 days and then discovered the first trip had expired- when I asked about follow up or reminder on the itinerary I was told bad luck.
When I looked at the invoice I discovered the accommodation was excessive and the airfares totally restricted. I was charged an additional $1000 because I changed the person I was travelling with and was not even told of this charge.

Prior to paying I asked for the invoice as I considered it very excessive. I was told by Up and Go staff this was not possible so I had to pay or forfeit the deposit. When I rang to complain I was finally put through to a manager who would not listen to my problem and only offered me another package which was the problem in the first place – such bad service.
When I arrived in Melbourne the accommodation was dirty, smelly and the blind was broken and on the unit floor. As I was staying 5 days I had previously asked for a river view and Up and Go said they would not ask but I had to – which I did. I got a car park view and looking into the surrounding units – no privacy unless the broken blinds were closed. I was asked to submit my passport which I was lucky to have with me and when I queried why as I had never done this in Australia I was abruptly told no passport no stay.

The travel organisation is a disgrace and a complete rip off and I hope by this message other people will not be conned

So called 'cheap airfares' is a total scam. They add so much in taxes and because you are obliged to stay in their accommodation they charge top price. They totally took my mum in and charged through the roof for connecting flights and for very crappy accommodation. When we asked for cancellation, the hotel was happy to give a full refund but Up n' Go took some of the money from refund, even though they already had booking fee, airfares/taxes paid and other accommodation paid. Do not use them!!!

Be aware, they called me out of nowhere, invading my privacy (telemarkets should get penalized for that), offering you $50 flights and then hook you with a 7nights stay with their proposed hotels. They offered me $150 per night accommodation with breakfast included and I am still waiting on their response. Their communication system is poor, they never send physical correspondence, apparently they tried calling me a couple of times and sent one email in 6months to chase up their money and now their sending the debts collectors, that's a harsh treatment for a service that I haven't even booked/received yet. As custumer, we should be able go beyond the 10days cooling off period to cease contracts with dodgy people like them. I still can’t believe I have to pay after zero services. Ezyflights, now called Up n Go (they keep changing their business names as soon as they start having legal issues with customers) makes sure they have all their corners covered with their terms and conditions and at the moment with this new Up n go travel agency, they seem to be getting away with everything they do. Nevertheless, what comes around goes around. I encourage people to come forward and complain to Consumers affairs and if possible take legal actions. At least, it has already worked for some and the scammers were forced to pay over $6000 plus court fees for not including the 10days cooling off period in their emails and taking their sweet time to refund the customers' money. I know it is a time and money consuming exercise, but I really think the more of us complaining to Consumer affairs, the quicker we can get rid off Ezyflight/Beachbreak/UpnGo scam based system for good.

Was recently contacted by "up 'n' go travel" [url removed] offering $50 flights to certain destinations... The catch was that you had to book 10 nights accomm with one of their partners. But first you had to pay for the flights up front (the $50 didn't include gst so for 2 adults and a child it was $327 with gst). I was very dubious and asked many questions as I had dates and a destination and hotel already in mind that I had been planning to book that week.

I was told (over phone) they could book the mantra crown towers in surfers for $50 per adult and $25 for child per night. I paid the $327 for flights only to be told that I then had to fill out a quote form, which I did. I then called them to finalise the booking to be told that one of their travel agents would call me back in the next 2 Weeks!! (And mine was a fast tracked order!!!!!) I needed it booked ASAP, as I'd been planning to book anyway, so I hassled them senseless. I was finally informed that the 9 nights at the mantra crown towers had suddenly jumped from around $1000 (that i had been told before committing to the flights) to around $2000.... Classic !

I was also told that we all had to fly on the same dates ( which I had expressly explained to the sales consultant that we needed to fly on separate dates.....) then the girl had the audacity to say "I think you may have been mis-informed by our sales team"...... Yeah, I think I was... They are now saying they will refund my $327 from yesterday, but to be honest, the whole exercise has cost me a couple of hours in time and quite a lot of stress ...... Sooooooo would not recommend!!!!!!

What a disgraceful company. After numerous, unsolicited calls in which I continually and calmly asked them to remove me name from their call-list, they keep calling me. A representative outright refused to take me off their call-list, saying they had 'bought my contact details' from another company. I restated that continued unsolicited calls equates to harassment, but she ignored that and bulldozed over me with her script.

Rude, annoying and downright frustrating. I hope they go bankrupt.

The voucher is tied to them providing accommodation at a price they set. That price seems much higher than what I can get directly from the hotel via its website.

The service is slow and poor. The website is out of date and refers to hotels that they say are no longer used by the company - why are they still on the website? On the other hand, they found one that at first they said was no longer there.

The responsiveness from the office is poor - slow to respond and lacking in details requested.

Can book everything, accommodation as well as tickets far cheap than what they offer or provide. Even services are worst. I purchased the package they didn't gave me accommodation price which was very exorbitant. Want to refund which they even don't allow. Just ridiculous thieves.

Terrible service, never answer phones. Didn't go through details of flights. We upgraded to business class and couldn't get access to the business lounge, not knowing there was different business class levels, and never told the details when booking. VERY DISAPPOINTED

They got my $400 after a very good sales pitch then the accomodation was way overpriced. Surely a scam and I don't know how they're still operating!!!

A very misleading company to deal with. They have been reported to Department of Fair Trading before if anyone would like to check

Run run when these people call they take your money. The holiday ends up being more expensive and you can never get hold of them

Run away! It's a scam, you could book everything yourself cheaper. Painful to deal with.
