Excellent customer service, Jaiden went above & beyond to help me, even thought it was closing time on a Sunday afternoon.

Good tool shop and service. Quality at a fair price

Talked to David about a generator. Could not get there for a few days. Put a deposit down. Rocked up a day early, all good. Paper work done quickly, many helpful hints. Helped load it up. Painless and very professional. I was impressed as a first time customer. Massive range of quality, known brands, proffessional tools.

I went to the store to buy a few pieces of equipment to fit out my workshop. Initially I wasn't getting the assistance I required to find all of the products I was chasing then Ben stepped in and he was amazing. The 5 Star review is for Ben. He went out of his way to help me out. Will be back to see you soon for a couple of other items I'm chasing.

Apparently best place to get tools your missing. Hubby loves the place.

Been all over Brisbane and Toowoomba this week in search for the right generator for our van and not once got someone who knew what they were talking about in terms of power draw. Went to Sydney Tools Toowoomba and was seriously impressed with the service we received.
