Austen is passionate about carpet care, very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. I’m glad I rang because he has transformed my tired, soiled 30-year-old carpet and achieved an amazing result. Austen uses top quality products, the latest equipment and it shows. He was friendly and upfront about the challenges. He even took the time to visit a few days later, just to review his work. I feel like I’ve got an as new carpet, without spending thousands of dollars. Thank you Austen and Sujin.

I dont usually do google reviews but I had to make one for Austin's Complete Carpet Care, they are super friendly, efficient, reliable and just all around great. They explained what they were going to do and what wouldn't work with the carpet I had, which was really interesting because I had no idea.
I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a company that is 'for the locals', not expensive and will do an amazing job everytime.

Austin complete carpet… l couldn’t fault them awesome job on my tiling awesome and so truthful with the carpet told me strait up to replace he could clean it but there was bleach stain clearly visible in carpet thanks for being exceptionally honest Austen and would swear by his work ethic thanks again Paul Mcnally

We have had our carpets cleaned by Austen for well over a decade and he always leaves them looking great. He carefully analyses problem areas and provides specific treatments that depend on the nature of the stain. Once we had an accidental spill on the carpet shortly after having it cleaned. Austen came around the next day and cleaned the spot again for us - without charge.

Austens cleaning service is highly recommended for carpet, tile and grout cleaning. We have had cleaning a few times and grout revitalised once. Austen was great to work with. Very responsive to phone calls, was able to book a day that suited me within a few days and had all the carpets at our workplace left looking brand new! Will only use Austen's as long as I'm in the Echuca area! 11/10

Austen’s did a fantastic job at our holiday rental property He first removed a lipstick stain that a guest had left behind then came back at a time that was convenient and did a complete carpet clean bringing them back to life. Great friendly advice, prompt and professional service that I would recommend and continue to use in the future.

Austin has gone over and above with his time and expertise to assist me with stains on our air bnb bed head . I was convinced I was going to have to purchase a new bed but as a last resort I contacted him a couple of days before Christmas when he was already time poor and he kindly gave up his time to assist . The stairs s were removed and the bed looks like new again . Thankyou Austin as I said you need to change the name of your business to “ The Magic Man “ because there was no way I expected this wonderful result .

An absolute professional. Called Austen in to remove a stain that had been overlooked or ignored by another commercial carpet cleaner. Austen’s attention to detail led to the discovery of a small water leak in another room that had caused the problem. Austen persevered for days until the stain disappeared. Really nice guy, my wife & I could not recommend Austen’s Complete Carpet Care more.
