weeks to repair and took 6! My boot was replaced on my Mercedes and either does not close or does not unlock! I have told LK about this problem, but since my insurance company has paid them, they are not interested in fixing the problem. I had arranged to have my bonnet and back bumper resprayed and after 6 weeks of me chasing up my car i find that none of these jobs were done in all this time! I also had a 5th mag wheel as my spare and it has gone missing, no one knows where it is. I would think twice about using this repairer, the work is less than satisfactory and then they don't want to know about it, when something goes wrong. They don't return your calls or messages, I found my car was actually back for collection days before I rang, but no one bothered to call. I had to chase everything up myself! Will be using my insurance company's authorised repairer in the future.

Would give zero stars if i could, DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely ZERO customer service, cancelled appointments FOUR TIMES, no apologies, laughing while they talk to you and cowardly, RUDE demeanor
