Why bother going mass stores with poor quality and limited range like kmart, typo etc..

Eckersley's is a fantastic art shop with everything you could possibly need for your art. Everything from drawing, painting, sculpting and more.. all tools of the trade are excellent quality, great range of sizes and reasonably priced.

Staff are very attentive and will check in with you but also leave you to browse all the goodies in store if youd like to be left alone. Super engaging yeam and helpful with any questions you might have.

Awesome online sales as well as knowledgeable & lovely service in-store or click n collect. I must give huge props to the Customer Service hotline for Eckersley’s. I ordered something online & just called to check on the progress of delivery. I had all my questions answered & even he refunded my express-shipping as Australia Post was at fault & couldn’t deliver it on time. He sorted it out without me having to ask. Just an excellent exchange over the phone. I’m so excited to receive my item & look forward to shopping with Eckersley’s more.

Went here for the first time on Sunday and just had the best shopping experience. I am new to drawing and wanted a few things, the staff member that served me was friendly, helpful and suggested a few alternatives to things I had seen online and thought would be cool gadgets. She took the time to explain things to me and made me feel like a valued customer. I tested my new toys last night and she was 100% spot on with her advice.I won’t be shopping anywhere else now.

Haven't been for a while but wanted some journals. was met at the door by a friendly staff member asking if I needed help ( I had stood still whilst I did a quick scan to see if I could work out in which direction to find what I wanted). Signage was incredible. Large and very easy to follow. Staff were also very helpful when I was asking for a particular product and even suggested something I hadn't thought of. 5 stars and I will definitely be back soon.

My go to place for all my art supplies. Store is set out nicely and everything is easily accessible. If you can't find something in particular the staff are super friendly and happy to help. They also offer a student discount so students don't forget to ask!

Lot's of collection for art & craft materials. Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. services with smile. Shop is full of quality art supplies materials. Easy drive and lots of car parking. 10 person allowed at a time inside the store (for covid). Some chairs provided in front of the store if get busy.

Friendly service, happy to assist you with choosing the right item for the job. Huge range of paints including art materials for children. Love it.
