Woolamai Surf Beach

Wonderful surf beach at any time of the year.
Enjoy the scenery, the surf and the sand.
Make sure you bring a jacket and a hat as it can be windy.
A great place to enjoy the views.

Beautiful beach! Stunning views of the snapper rocks! The waves here look extremely rough and the signs warn people not to swim at all. This place is definitely for experienced surfers only as it gets very rough. Such an amazing place to relax though with the sound of the ocean!

The sunset is really impressive here

Love it love it love it. Can get a little wild but it is usually patrolled by the surf lifer savers ( stay in the flags) the waves can get pretty exciting. Definitely a place for boogie boards

Incredible surf beach. Huge crashing waves are a surfer's dream. There were a few I the water but definitely not a beach for swimming. Place has huge rips. Beautiful sunsets, highly recommended for a relaxing time watching the day disappear. Check it out and enjoy the long beach walk.

Amazingly beautiful, great for outdoor walk and hike, surrounded by nature and fresh air. I did 25Kms walk when I was there. Make sure you go to the toilet before start your walking/hiking adventure. Highly recommended.

Unreal spot so nice big waves very popular a nice but tiring walk.

An unspoiled beach where swimming is suited to the more experienced water goers.
The Surf can be very rough and if you are a tourist please only enter the water when the lifeguards are on duty. Ample parking a kiosk during the bust season. This beach is lovely to stop just for photos and a walk.

It was a magnificent area to see the auroras happening recently around the beach. A place best to view!

We saw dolphins from here and had a great time watching the surfers. Beautiful ocean and beach walks to be had here.
