It's a great place to get Vans shoes. There are plenty of designs, nice T-shirts and good quality shoes They always have good discounts. I totally recommend giving it a visit.

Great customer service from their team member Natalie (Nat). She's very friendly, helpful and cheerful. She didn't mind walking to their stockroom (5 mins. travel from their store) just to get a new pair of the shoes just to give my daughter different options (Old Skool vs. the Platform one). Thanks to her. Vans should hire more like her.

Vans's location is very strategic and easy to find as it is close to the food court. They accept different modes of payment. They have great bargains when we went there. Great experience over-all.

Great assistance from Bailey! We came in late (15 mins before closing) and she helped us a lot. There was no pressure or bad vibes for coming in late. We took our time and didn’t leave the shop until 6.15pm, making her late to finish. We ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes and are gonna look sick as hell ;) thanks Bailey and vans!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Service was friendly, welcoming and the staff were so helpful in finding sizes for shoes and the right fit. Walked away with a great purchase. Would definitely recommend 👍

I've been hard on the DFO in my other reviews, but this store was pretty good - real savings, on good quality shoes, with a great selection.

The staff were a mixed bag - some of them seemed to have no idea what was going on, while others were all smiles and service.

Anyway, if you find yourself trapped in the seventh circle of hell that is any DFO, there are worse options than seeking shelter in the vans store...

I would reccomend going there in person ....Salespeople on the phone are less than zero help...Actually go out of their way to be non helpful.
