Just wanted to say thank you so much guys for sending me the 10f beast master rod because I couldn't come all the way to pick up... unfortunately forgot the name in charge but I'm sure all of the guys and ladies working there r amazing ... best customer service and again I appreciate it

I recently had cause to claim a warranty repair for Gerber Product. This item had not been purchased through the Goulburn BCF and was not even a product that they carried. The Goulburn Staff were more than helpful and called me twice to update me on the progress. Which I may add was made easy by Gerber who were also extremely customer oriented. End result, the multitool was not repaired but replaced with a brand new item. Well done BCF and Gerber. You both will have repeat custom from me.

I visited BCF Goulburn for the second time this month & again received outstanding service & great advice! It took a little while to get served but when I did it was well worth it. Product knowledge is key & the staff know the product serve with a smile & openly inform you of anything on sale! Legends.

Friendly staff and just discovered they have a nice little winter collection and other gear of under armour in stock. Plus quicksilver and a lot of other good gear. Hard to find under armour gear like this in the local Goulburn area.
