Ive been going to Terry White Chemist ever since they started here in Mount Barker and Ive always found staff and management exellent have always in their duties,now ever since Terry White started down the road from me here on Wellington Road all staff and Kelly Moon(pharmesist)has been very informative and always explains my medication

Worse service ever, came on Thurs to buy my medicine, I was told they did not have it on stock but can order it and I would have it Friday, came on Friday wait for 45 min and I was told they forgot to order it. On Thurs they ask me to paid upfront cause it was a 300 dolars medicine and they need to make sure I was gonna buy it. It seems they just wanted my money. We need Chemistwarehouse in Mt Barker

My partner came from surgery from the hospital next door to pick up a script. She was interrogated about her address and details and accused of having a false script. Her name on her Licence matched the script that was issued by the anaesthetist but she was essentially called a liar. She had just been under general anaesthetic and was very upset and shaken. Appalling behaviour and we will be progressing further complaints with the relevant ombudsman.

I was charged $15.99 for exactly the same prescription that I get from chemist warehouse for $5.60, never again what a rip off.
