Have been served by David in the past, always been happy, one item I had to bring back due to quality issues, after contacting customer care online the team in the store were really helpful and have put a smile back on this long time Kathmandu customer’s face. Great team. Was hunting (by phone) for a specific item that was end of season - after a bit of hunting they went out of their (Dan) way to contact me and put the item aside. When I eventually picked up the item the staff on duty were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the Frankston store and staff. Thanks.

I was served by Lincoln regarding a click and collect where I requested the sand jacket be transferred from Eastland store to Frankston as there was not any size 10 available. The store was clean and tidy… and Lincoln was outstanding on meeting with my request. Such nice to be served by someone nice… hey… you don’t get much of that this days.

Went into the Frankston store today to buy my children a coat each. The staff are extremely friendly & definitely know their products. Any questions that I asked, were answered. They were in no rush, they took their time to get the right item & fit for each of my children. Lincoln was the man that helped me & Jacqui and another young man were at the registers to assist me with my purchases. Another bonus was it was 50% off!! I would highly recommend this store & its staff members.

I have only been in store once but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nicole went way above and beyond for me to locate a jacket that I was after. She called multiple stores until we found one. She was kind enough to honour the promotion price as well as it was on sale at the time we were looking for it but it ended by the time it arrived. Bought a pair of boots and staff were great. Do apologise as I didn't get the young blokes name ( guess the dreadlocks may help) but very helpful. Looking forward to another 2500ks/3000ks walking with new boots.

The items are pricy but if you need something for travel or skiing etc... The staff are really helpful and if it's not in your size they'll order it in.

Staff are always kind and helpful. I enjoy looking around this store. It doesn't feel over filled with stock. I haven't taken my pram in there yet but I think it has a pram friendly layout.

Has great products and very durable. Their sales are very generous with 40% off travel today & also picked up a bargain in the clearance section today on a Windcheater which are great as they don't pill & wash really well

Even when the store is full of customers the staff will always greet you with a friendly hello. Service is always available and all the staff are well versed in the products they sell. Nothing is too much for them and most of the time they will treat you one on one like a VIP with their service.... even the kids are given attention and acknowledgment.

Went to the frankston store and was served by jack. I must say this very pleasant young man knows the meaning of great old fashion customer service.
We were looking for a specific item we saw online and wanted some further product knowledge pertaining to the item.
Jack was able to assist, not only with product knowledge but was willing to search other stores for more stock.
