Coles Village Lakeside

All the staff at our local Cole’s are always so lovely and friendly but I had to make a special mention about a young girl working there currently. Piper! We’ve seen her on a few occasions and she is so lovely and chatty with not only myself but also anyone who is with me. I’ve seen her be very accommodating and helpful to other customers too. All encounters with this beautiful girl have been very refreshing and I always leave feeling happy having been in her presence!

Will be moving to Lakeside District and wanted to see what my local Coles was like and I was happily impressed. Generous isles which instantly gives a sense of openness and space, modern look, very clean, friendly staff and quick service. I will enjoy shopping there.

Easy to find products in a well set out store. Great staff always friendly and helpful.

Love the staff here, one time i got an item which was listed 11bucks right, went to self checkout and it said 14 so i asked for help and deadass they gave it to me for 7bucks....one time i got a whole bag of dog treats for FREE cuz the bag was ripped. Super friendly people and great coles

I shop there a few times a week and been able to get my shopping ok. They are sometimes low on one or two items but I haven't been affected

Was served by a young lady (believe her name was Claire, apologies if incorrect, she mentioned she’d been working there for about 5 years). What an absolute asset to your team. Very friendly and sweet. Was very professional and happy to chat as she processed my purchases. Great work.

Excellent selection of products at a competitive prices. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I enjoy shopping very much at Coles supermarket Lakeside.

Kate from Cole Lakeside you are amazing! Absolutely above and beyond customer service. Thank you for helping me calm my son Alex today. My son has Autism and can sometimes act out when he becomes fixated. This is not the first time you have helped us but would just like to thank you publicly for being so caring. It really makes a difference, you make the experience so much easier and I would just like you to know how much it means to me. Also a big thank you to the other ladies that work at Coles, you don’t judge us when we are having challenging time trying to do our daily shop. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

This place is great always has the things I need so if 8 ask my parents to but me this (if they are generous) they will buy it for me. Also everything is well organised and everyone is so nice and always have a smile on their face!

This is my local Coles, I have to say that the Staff here are amazing, in the two years I've been going here I've never had any issue and the Staff have always been friendly and helpful when ever needed. You get a real sense of community when shopping here.

The store is always clean and the produce is fresh. Parking is great right at the front door. Highly recommend as my favourite Coles store.
