Murwillumbah Self Storage

I've been renting a storage unit from Murwillumbah Self Storage for over two years now and I could not be happier with their service. Their prices are very reasonable. The storage units are neat and tidy. The other unit holders I've encountered have all be friendly and easy to deal with and the Noni, the staff member I have mostly dealt with, has always been helpful and easy to deal with. Crucially in Murwillumbah, they have never flooded and I can confirm that in the 2022 March floods my unit (and the entire facility) was high and dry. There is 24 hour access to the facility via locked gates and there is night lighting and (thankfully) there is access to a toilet at all times. When i was looking for a unit, I called all the storage facilities in the Murwillumbah area and all advised they had flooded in the past (including in 2017). Murwillumbah Self Storage was the only facility that confirmed they had never flooded. I waited a number of months for a unit to become availabale but I was happy to do so as they were the only facility I wanted to rent in and I'm so glad that I did. I can't recommended them highly enough.
